This is hands-down, my favorite pharmacy in my neighborhood. The people who work there consistently look for ways to help me with my prescriptions. They've gone above and beyond many times, and even have an amazing delivery service, since I work nonstop out of my office.

Everyone there has been extremely nice and helpful with the exception of one person, the store manager. She was extremely rude and lazy during my last visit. I had a recent issue with my insurance that contained a new years glitch and she was reluctant to resolve the issue when they had been negligent to follow up about a medication that was on backorder. During this whole process she was very short with me with no patience on the phone. Rather than immediately offering to help by trying to call up the insurance company to help resolve the issue, she told me to just go to another pharmacy with a very insensitive attitude towards my situation. However, we were able to resolve the issue once I was able to finally pressure her to simply pick up the phone and help. I would suggest avoiding her at all costs at your next visit as she will be reluctant to help you at all and would rather just sit back and collect her paycheck.

Worst pharmacy ever, they messed up my prescriptions every single time I went there. I got so upset after the 12th time of them messing it up again I said , this is ridiculous and they said "then you know what go to cvs." Instead of doing their job right and caring for my health, they were rude and always messing up. Don't go here!

Refused to provide at home COVID-19 test free of charge in accordance with insurance provider offerings. Required that I pay at the counter and file the paperwork myself for reimbursement with the insurance company.

I had a valid prescription and they refuse to fill it in violation of “Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 733 (2009)- A licentiate shall not obstruct a patient in obtaining a prescription drug or device that has been legally prescribed or ordered for that patient.”

Absolutely horrendous. My doc sent my meds there by mistake but I thought I'd give it a chance. I visited them 3 times in total. The first time I was helped by the head pharmacist whom I believe is also the owner. SHE WAS GREAT! A very nice & helpful person. That's why I feel bead leaving this review but that's how bad here employees are. On my second visit I had someone new help me. I walked up to the counter and said "Hi, how are you"? She responded with" name"? I gave her name, she retrieved my meds. While she was ringing it up I asked "how's your day going"? I received nothing but silence. I thought perhaps I wasn't speaking loud enough so at the end of the transaction I said louder, Thank you, have a wonderful evening". Nothing. Not a "thank you" or a "you too" just silence. I walked away and as the next customer walked up after me I hear a loud "hello, mam, how can I help you"? Wow, I never met the lady before in my life. Not sure if it was my last name or if I look ethnic. I think she just hates men. I saw her treat another man the same way. On my third time my doc called in my meds at 1:00 pm it was 2:30 pm and I needed to pick my daughter up from school at 3 :00 pm. I decided to call the pharmacy first take make sure it was ready so I wouldn't be late picking up my daughter. Sure enough, they said the scripts were ready so I told them I was on my way. After standing in line for 10 minutes and waiting for her to search for another few minutes, she came back and told me that they would not be ready for another 15 minutes. On a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being the loudest, I had been talking at a normal 3 level. After she told me I had to wait 15 minutes I responded with "I just called and you said it was ready" I said I need to pick up my daughter and I can't wait. I responded a bit riffed at a volume of 4.3 maybe. She responded at a level 7 causing a scene while saying "why are you shouting at me"? I was shocked. The people behind me where now all staring at me. She claimed I yelled while she shouted at me, with peoples reactions proving my point. I didn't say another word and just left. Within 2 minutes I was in bumper to bumper traffic on Mulholland in front of the school when I get a call from the pharmacy saying that the meds were ready. This was 90 seconds later. Why tell me 15 minutes? I told them I had already left and cant turn around or else I would be late. I called back after picking up my daughter to let them know I was headed over, at which point, they told me to find another pharmacy. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, they claimed I shouted and for me to find another pharmacy. This is obviously a lie because if I shouted then why call me 90 seconds later saying it was ready. She was just mad I didn't kiss her behind with gratitude for her doing her job and getting my meds ready. Wow, I had to pick up my daughter. I finally gave her a piece of my mind and of course that became the new and only reason why she was upset with me. Never the cause , always the reaction. lol Now it became a conversating about my reaction, over looking what it was I was reacting to. In summary, if you are women you should be fine here. If you're a man however, only go there if you want to be treating like a punching bag. They never met you before but you'll remind them of a man they hate and take it it out on you. Just a den of misandry.

Called to find out what brand of a generic medication they carried due to a near fatal reaction to a specific brand's formulation(I have MS, my body doesn't always work as it should)& hospitalization for several days is not on the list of things I want to experience during a pandemic! The person on the phone asked me to hold so she could check, came back on the line to inform me that they will not give that information while being incredibly rude and hanging up on me!! Not a place I would EVER take my business!!

The pharmacists and staff are great. The wait is never as long as CVS or Rite Aid. I'm never going back...

Service is an A+ at Calabasas Pharmacy. A friendly and attentive staff prepare your prescriptions very quickly. They have an extensive inventory, and their vaccines are delivered by highly skilled professionals (Bring your kids, as I have never felt any pain from their shots).

Ran out of bags, forcing me to carry 8 items in picture by hand. Lost my wallet as a result, nightmare! Also poor cell reception and no Wi-Fi. Cannot use CVS App in dead zone. Wrote CVS but no response at all.
