Worst dealer experience i’ve ever had in my long life of buying cars. Guy who answered the phone said “You know nothing, you have done nothing, you don’t know anything” while I was asking questions about a Targa 4S. The disrespect was off the charts. Goodluck dealing with these people…

Great working with the guys at CLM - no pressure, simple and great selection. Really enjoyed the entire process and would for sure buy again from them!

in the current day and age where dealers try to rip customers off with shady sales tactics, these guys keep it classy. very transparent in how they price their cars, warranties + service and would not hesitate to buy something you like here.

Company abuses eBay listings to scavenge contact information. Lists vehicles in an auction style format, then immediately cancels your bid and calls you to offer the vehicle at what their price actually is. Absolute waste of time. Dominic actually laughed at me for submitting a bid... During an auction.

Purchased a car with Dom and Benny and it was the easiest purchase of my life. They didnt try to sell me anything, were very flexible and accommodating. Honestly, if buying a car was like this all the time, it would be a dream. Great selection, great experience.

Based on good reviews and pleasant conversations with Domenic, I purchased a 1981 Fiat Spider 2000 Turbo from Calabasas Luxury Motorcars sight unseen except for pictures. Domenic said that both he and his mechanic had driven the car and that everything was going okay with the car. When the car arrived, it was a different story. Please see the following. Hello Domenic, I finally picked up the car from the shop on June 17th. It took some time for the shop to have a trusted vendor fabricate a stainless steel header to fit the engine and the turbo. There are no original exhaust manifolds available for a turbo Spider since the company that modified the car in 1981 (Legend Industries) has been out of business for quite a while. There were only about 700 Spiders that got the Legend Turbo modification and not many of them are around any more, so parts for the turbo are non-existent. The header itself was $1,300.00. Along with other ancillary parts and labor, the total cost for that was $2,692.77. Attached are a couple of photos showing the cracked manifold. Another attached photo shows the split heater hose. When I first ran the car up to operating temperature, the coolant was spraying from this hose and there was so much steam coming from under the hood, I at first thought the car was overheating. Fortunately, it was not and the steam was from the coolant spraying on the hot engine. That repair with parts and labor was $139.59. The rear brake calipers were incorrect. The anti rattle springs were incorrectly installed. Parts and labor to replace the calipers was $1,014.71. It was quite evident that when the ignition key was on (whether the car was started or not) the fuel pump was constantly running. Parts and labor to replace the fuel pump relay and repair the wiring totaled $424.17. There were several other issues that needed attention. I understand that it is a 40 year old car and I would expect to find some issues. It was disappointing however that, for instance, you didn't let me know that the radio and speakers were not operable. No big deal. The total charge for parts and labor for the other issues was $1,837.00 which included the stereo, some badging, A/C service, coolant sensor, door guides, windshield washer nozzles and washer hose, and inoperative fog lamp switch. These are issues that might be expected to arise in an older car. $3,847.07 was for issues that you would have easily been aware of if anyone had just started the car and not even driven it. These issues were immediately evident as soon as the car came off the transporter. The failure of the emergency brake was noticed as soon as it came down the ramp and the noise from the engine was so loud that it was clearly evident that the exhaust manifold was cracked. Following is one of our communications: Ed thank you for your response and for the Drivers license photo it's our pleasure to work with you all clients are important to us and we do appreciate your business I'll have our technician go over the vehicle tomorrow also i will send you additional photos Regards Domenic On Wed, Jan 6, 2021 at 6:53 PM
[email protected] wrote: Hi Domenic, Please see the attached. Please let me know if there are any issues you would want to know about if you were the purchaser. I fully understand that a 40 year old car would not be like new from the factory but I would rather not be surprised. You indicated that you had driven the car yourself and that your service technician had gone over the car and that "everything's going okay with the car". By the way, I never did get the additional photos you said you would send. You also said you would let me know what the service technician found and what work he did. I never got that information as well. You have said that "all clients are important to us". I hope that is true.

I first encountered Domenico when I saw a 1992 Porsche 968 Cabriolet they had posted on a Luxury Motors site. Unfortunately even though I called within 24 hours of posing there was already an offer on it that eventually went through. Dom found another for me though in Atlanta that was very similar and had it brought in. Dom was very helpful and communicative throughout the process. I flew down from Norcal a couple days after they received and purchased it on the spot after a short test drive. There was a warning light on an Dom had it taken to the dealer and discovered it was just a minor issue they had rectified for me right away. They then had it pass California smog, did an oil change, filled in with gas and arranged transport for me up north. Since the car is very rare I didn't have time for a mechanical inspection prior to purchase but upon taking it to one of the Bay Area's leading Porsche specialists and racing teams they did a complete in depth run through of engine, drive train and brakes and found nothing not only in need of repair but not even maintenance. They said it was one of the cleanest Classic Porsche they had ever seen. Needless to say I am very happy with my purchase, Dom, and Calabasas. Thank You for helping make a dream come true!!

Great company to do business with. Sold my mclaren thru them and the process was almost to easy. Benny did everything he said ahead of schedule. With all the war stories I've been reading lately with some of the other dealerships I feel fortunate to have done business with this group.
