Terrrible. Two different times this dealership has told me repairs will cost me upwards of 1000 dollars, only to check with another dealership...and repairs should have been covered under warranty. THEIVES! They always say "under further investigation, we have found it is under warranty. Diagnostics just to see what problem could be are so expensive. They are also so rude. HORRIBLE! Spend your money elsewhere. Think they are under the impression that Calabasas people have money to burn.

The service was exceptional and my oil change was done in no time. Plus, they have some delicious food available. I'm more than satisfied with the overall experience.

Everything about buying my new MINI was fun and easy. Miki was great to work with. He was kind and patient and took the time to answer all my questions. He's a great asset to Bob Smith. MINI's website made it easy to track the care during production, and the customer service number took delight in providing information so I could track the car on its voyage across the Atlantic Ocean and through the Panama Canal. That was fun! Did I mention how great Miki is? I haven't encountered another car sales guy (or *any* sales guy for that matter) who is as nice and accommodating and straightforward as Miki. Chris, his boss, is also really good at what he does. I thank them both - they are the perfect team.How can I not mention my new MINI? I love it. If you're at all considering a MINI, definitely check it a Cooper at Bob Smith. I'm loving mine.Thanks Miki.

This review is for the service department.Everyone is so helpful and friendly.But a SUPER shout out for Matthew Bull who really goes out of his way for the customer. Always answers texts/calls and extremely professional,He helped us out with out an appointment and got us on our way fast.Very well run dealership!

I know that money can't buy you happiness, but it can get you a new Mini convertible of your dreams! Jacinda Olivas has been so lovely throughout the whole process. Super friendly, very professional, answered every question I could think of and was super patient the whole time. She never pressured me and always made me feel like she was there to help me first and foremost.

Hawaii (Big Island) appreciates Miklos for all the professional assistance he , Frank, and Jacinda provided in purchasing our new Mini Clubman. It's not an easy task buying in Cali and shipping to the Big Island but, Bob Smith and more importantly Miklos, made it happen. Yes, there is paperwork, DMV, and Safety inspections that need to be coordinated along with the shipper (Pasha). The most important piece is Communication. Miklos and BS Mini were very prompt and followed through on every aspect of the process (just like they promised).We've likely all experienced a decline in Customer Service due to "more efficient" computer chat and virtual assistance. With BS Mini, you deal directly with a live person who takes care of your particular process. It is the same experience I had with their Service Department. This is why going directly to the "Dealer" is worth the visit versus second, or third parties.A Big Island Mahalo to Miklos and Team BS Mini!

If you're looking for a fun car with a hassle free experience, check out Bob Smith Mini in Calabasas... Like most people, I dread purchasing cars and spending time at dealerships. Jacinda at Bob Smith was completely the opposite of what I expected. Fantastic pressure free sales.... answered all questions and kept in touch without being pushy. If you're in the market, go check them out!!!

Our original salesman was so nice and wonderful. We purchased two new mini's here at Bob Smith. We have 740 miles on one of them and a constant annoyance is telling (insisting) every time we start our engine to immediately take our mini in for oil service. I was told when I purchased both mini's 'Any questions just call us here in sales we are here to answer any/ all questions'. Well I called today and got Eric in sales, who had zero interest in following through on that promise. He transferred me twice to voicemails. On calling back a third time he kept avoiding my call and putting me in a phone hold until I gave up trying to get help. Just know once you are out the door after sales help doesn't appear to be there. I gave two stars instead of one since we had such a nice experience with our original guy, but Eric apparently only wants sales.

Bob Smith Mini was surprisingly a wonderful experience. My father was a cfo for many car dealerships and I always hated the idea of having to go into a car dealership to buy a car. I know the tricks and the sleaziness that occur once you walk through those doors. This was not the case. Miklos was delightful. He is very calm, super kind and extremely helpful. I ordered my first ever mini countryman hybrid from him. It took a few months but Miklos always kept me updated for the arrival and when it came he sent me videos of my baby being unloaded off the truck. The process was quick and easy. I had my engine light come on. I just text him and he had a loaner all set up for me while they replaced a faulty valve. So freaking easy. I will keep coming back to him everytime I upgrade my mini. Go to Miklos, he doesn't pressure you and is very well informed.

I decided to buy my beautiful Caribean Blue Metalic Mini Cooper convertible after leasing it for 36 months. The process went smoothly and Miki Forgo was excellent. He is highly knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with (unusual in the car business). Highly recommend Miki if you are interested in getting a Mini. The dealership is top-notch overall and it is always a pleasure to go there for service.

So! I took possession of my Brand New, 2024, Mini COOPER F56 yesterday. Love the car! But, that’s not what this rating is about….it’s about the Mini Team at the dealership. Everyone, and I mean everyone was open, honest, forthright….and frankly made the buying experience perfect. There is no "hard sale" with Mini’s…..the price is the price. But, the team can creatively work with you to get it to fit your budget.Next: SHOUT OUT TO JACINDA! (Sales) I ordered mine from England. She knew the process, and set realistic expectations of how it was going to go. Always has a smile on her face, and positive attitude. Called me with updates, and frankly? She put up with my weirdness as a "Miniac!"Also a shout out to Chris and Frank……cause they we helpful too. They didn’t treat me like a customer, per se. But got the deal done. I’d have a beer with them, no problem!Thank you Mini Team!

I very seldom every write a review! But I needed a smaller vehicle and on Saturday my husband and I ventured from Ojai To Bob Smith Mini in Calabasas… dreading the whole sales person test drive event…We were both just astounded by the knowledge, kindness and non pressure of sales associate Jacinda Olivia’s!!!We left telling her we needed to think about it…not once did she say “this car will be sold so don’t take too long to make a decision.” Such a turn off comment!Before we were out of the dealership drive .., I turned to my husband and said …”I want to give Jacinda the sale and I loved the Mini Clubman…it was even taken out of the showroom for me to drive..Monday morning my husband drove. down to calabasas and closed the deal!!!Tuesday when I went to pick up the car…a huge bow wassitting on the mini… SUCH A SPECIAL TOUCH…. Bought a lot of new cars never had that touch!!One last note , Jacinda was so patient in explaining the car workings to me!Thank you Bob Smith for having such and incredible associate and Thank You Jacinda…. I love my MINI CLUBMAN.

I just bought my 30th car, Bob Smith is one of the best dealers ive ever had the pleasure of working with. Jacinda was amazing, i ordered a vehicle, and she updated me throughout the whole process. I live 2 hours away, I was able to do the whole order process remotely, and when the car showed up, i went to pick it up and sign a few documents.I really really like the "One Person" experience. Bob smith doesnt play the games where you are pushed back and forth to a finance department and sales manager to finish your purchase, the sales person handles the whole thing, from test drive to handing you the documents and your keys.There are two closer BMW dealerships (SLO and Santa Maria) and i would drive 2.5 hours past either one of those to go to bob smith.
