Tameem was very friendly and knowledgeable from the beginning, he listened to what I wanted and found exactly the best match for my needs. It soon felt like we were old friends talking. After searching for quite some time, I finally found the perfect x7 at Bob Smith BMW. Levon was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Terrible experience. I am a cash buyer for a 2024 vehicle in this dealer's inventory but reside in a state 1500 miles away. First I was told that no pricing discussion was possible since I was in a different state. Then I was advised that my state may not qualify to purchase, and the salesperson had to check with management and call back....he never called back. I have since ordered a new 2025 model and saved money!

Fantastic experience from start to finish.
I was so impressed with Scott Richards and Kristen, the sales manager. They were courteous, friendly, knowledgable, patient, and most importantly - did not pressure me.
The dealership was spotless, very comfortable, and clean, and everyone who worked there was extremely polite and friendly.
I highly recommend Bob Smith BMW if you are in the market for a new car. It has a true "family owned and operated" feel, their prices are extremely competitive, and the staff and sales team are wonderful people.

Juan mora is the Best. I drove 38 to 45 min to get service from him. He keep me update on the transaction from A to Z. I haven’t had to call him for get update. He know how to respect other time and want above and beyond to get me A1+++ service.
