You close the location without notifying the safe deposit box owners . How ? If customers need something , they should have access. Its ok to limit staff during this difficult time, but warning customers that it would take days to get access would let them plan ahead

Horrible service , horrible management , minimum 45 minute wait ALWAYS. This has gotta be the worse managed bank I've even been too. Go to any location but here !

The worst Bank of America I have ever stepped foot in. I have been a longtime customer of BofA since 1995 and I am astounded at not only the attitudes of this bank employees but the lack of respect they have for their customers. I went in to make a wire transfer today and she told me I needed to wait or make an appointment. What?!?! Left really upset and went to the Woodland Hills B of A and the lovely man there helped me in 3 mins ... wire done and done and he waived my wire fee for the inconvenience I had in Calabasas. I will never go back and advise those who want great service to not go to this bank.

I went here today just wanting a temporary card. It was no on a weekday and only one other couple was there. I was told it would be a ten minute wait and then had the pleasure of sitting for over 45 minutes listening to a very loud and unprofessional conversation about 'purchasing millions of dollars in diamonds online' between the associate and what sounded like the worst couple in the entire world. I understand if they had an appointment but you should be able to help more than one client at a time. There were at least four other people on the floor with nothing to do who were not authorized to help me receive a temporary card and set up my business account. This is not the first time I have come to this bank and wasted my tome. The vibe is very pretentious and unfriendly. Taking my business elsewhere.

Came in to withdraw money and the bank teller Stela was rude and unwilling to help once I told her I also bank at Chase. She claim the machine had an error and didn't know why and asked me to come back at a later time. I am pregnant and due any day now. This branch has the worst customer service

This is probably the least helpful branch I've ever been to. That says a lot considering we've been to branches nationwide. They have several offices but only one person is able to help on hand therefore you have to make an appointment if you need real assistance. Came in on a Wednesday afternoon after having lost my wallet and spoke to one of the tellers. This individual spoke a whole lot and offered the most insignificant insight such as "you need to report your card lost or stolen". (DUH) After telling me no one could help at the moment & that I needed an appointment to make a temporary card (something that shouldn't take long at all) I was dismissed. She didn't even offer to help me make a withdrawal so I could have cash to hold me over In the meantime. Save your time, save your breath; go to a different branch.

As I stand in line waiting to for what has been thirty minutes, I always wonder to myself why do I aldeana stop at this locations. It's so convenient to where I live and the tellers are friendly. With that said why in the world do they only staff it with one teller every time I seem to come here... and to top it off the personal bankers take a spot to make deposits before the rest of the clients are seen. I used to work for Bank if America and the customers were always a priority, not sure where that sense of thinking and urgency has been lost. Quite disappointing, this isn't the only branch that suffers here in the valley.

I rather stick hot needles in my eye than enter this branch. The employees who work here are a joke. They wouldnt let me take out money out of my own account and told me to use the ATM or go to Wells Fargo. The persian manager she is a piece of work and thinks shes in charge of a fotune 500 company. I transferred my accounts out and will never use BOA ever again.

The customer service here is a joke. I deposit checks for the office I work for so I come in about 2-3 times a week, and ALWAYS have to wait in a line. What really threw me off today was that I walked in at 5:57 and the gate was already up, and one of the tellers had the nerve to tell me "we go by computer time not cell phone time". What I understood from this is that they already closed because they set their computers a few minutes ahead of the standard time everyone else uses. They treat their clients so poorly, and I would never personally bank here.

Wasted 45 mins of my time only to fail getting me 2 cashiers checks, which simply required moving funds from one account to another. After 45 mins of waiting she told me she required manager approval, and the manager was unavailable due to being tired go with another customer....! Bunch of incapable morons working here sadly, without basic knowledge of what it takes to be a teller...

Bad banker. No name as it is not pertinent. Always room for improvement. A lawyer recently told me, that we are now living in a different world. I came in just after 5:30 in the pm. Keep in mind this branch closes as 6 pm. I have a set of CD's(Certificates of Deposit) that are ready to mature in a few days. I cannot award Wells Fargo with letting them rollover and retain usage of my monies to pay out lawsuits and give me low rates. So, I came into BOFA to check current rates. In making my appointment to return to open a trust account, deposit, and CD transactions: I witnessed( in my opinion ) a bad banker. I witnessed bad customer service on three separate customers attempting to transact. It seems that the bank manager was moving about in close up rush mode. The banker was very curt and rude with a female customer. The banker was directing her to go and use the ATM instead of the teller. Telling her no! The banker spoke to the customer very sharply. The banker spoke to the customer as if the banker was speaking to a dog. The banker was tactfully baiting the custom to escalate a grander argument. It did not take. The customer said no, that she had an amount that was odd, that she really needed to withdraw from the cashier. The banker harshly told her they already balanced out there box and could NOT transact anything else today. The customer advised the banker that it was not 6 p.m. yet, and that their not to balance out the box until after they closed, as she used to be in banking. The banker gave the customer a hard time and advised her to take her EDD card to Chase Bank instead. The customer advised the banker that it was a BOFA card and that she did not want to incur any fees from a non-BOFA bank. The banker still refused and gave her a hard time. The customer returned and asked for a business card and the banker said it didn't have any. She asked for the district managers information and the banker refused. The banker reluctantly gave in and allowed her to continue her transaction at the teller window. And this banker had the customer " put out her private" business in front us all. Shame on you. Yet kudos for giving in after pulling teeth. A second set of customers was also in the bank and they were trying to make a deposit at the cashier window. The had a stack of checks in hand. The banker told them something to the effect of why don't you just go to the ATM. The customers advised the banker that they had rent monies and needed to do some other transactions and they did not want to use the ATM. So the banker allowed them to pass forward. A Third customer, a woman with a very small dog loose: no leash. PLEASE keep in mind this is Calabasas. The customer was at the ATM and the banker walked up to her and told her that her dog needs to be on a leash. I get it. We all have our rules. This bankers rule is half hour before close its pushing everyone to the ATM. Claiming that the cashier box is balanced, etc. A banker wanted to get out. I get it. Do you really think that I can give them my money for deposit on long-term? I can't make that appointment. The banks are not exempt from trying hard to make customers happy and prospective customers as well. So please stop. Just do it.

Lunch time on a Monday, 6 customers in line....1 teller......this bank is a joke. I usually drive to Westlake Village 12 mikes away to avoid the morons here.
