Save yourself the trip and your money and go to a reputable audi dealer that takes responsibility for their inventory.Facts and supporting information:-Used car manager inept to resolve issues relating to recently purchased vehicles, even with warranty packages-Entire dealership runs away from problems and gives runarounds to customers-Behavior of staff is as if they are scam artists and incapable of returning calls to field concerns of customers-Unclean vehicle with rotting food left in back seat during test drive (Nasty!)-Used car upkeep is lacking-Staff are equally inatentive-Unprofessional environment Recommendation for Management:-Don't HIDE FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT BRING UP CONCERNS AFTER MAKING PURCHASES AND RETURN THEIR CALLS-Conduct routine inspections of your used car inventory to ensure cleanliness during test drives and proper working order of components-Ensure vehicles are satisfactory for test drives prior to presenting them to potential customers-Send your used car inventory manager to Fletcher Jones Newport Beach Audi to learn how to properly and effectively manage a used car fleet of vehicles-Subscribe to a secret shopper program to eliminate the communication breakdowns between your staff and your customer base.This dealership makes the city of Calabasas seem like the Ghetto.

Came here for service. It was professional and punctual, the staff was cordial and the facility was great. Glad we live close to this dealership and will consider an Audi for the next car.

A prior service person left a tire valve tool in our car which caused our poor Audi to go into system failure. Thank you so much to Reuben our service representative for helping us explain the issue and being so thorough. We really appreciate it and we're able to drive back to the Bay Area.

Sophia (our salesperson) and Mehrad (finance) worked their magic with my fiancé's deal. We drove over 100 miles to make this deal. Very happy and must say this was a top tier experience. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Went last Saturday to see what Electric cars they have and Doug showed us a couple different ones and we ended upGetting a beautiful Q8 Sportback Etron and I can't say enough about how great of a car it is. The best customer service I've been given at a dealership. Martin and Ark were outstanding, they did what they can to meet my needs and I surely left with a brand new car within 2 hours. 10/10 recommend this dealership to anyone on the market. All the staff here were polite and welcoming. Difficult to find a good dealer now days, but I am very satisfied with this dealer in all categories.

OMG, what an awful experience the minute we stepped into this dealership.. we told them we drove for few hrs, but our sales rep Anam Jan was so impolite, no welcome or talk to see our needs.. just wanted us to walk out to see the car and if we are ready to take home. No smile, wont give us any information and we had to ask the manager for car details. Then she disappeared for over 20 min, only to show up with higher price then car was listed for. How can be in sales industry with that attitude and unwelcoming stair..

This place breaks the stereotype of what a dealer is. I got a killer deal on a used car a few years ago and am fortunate enough to buy the highest tier service contract . Which paid for itself and another 12k . I recommend seeing Vonn The service department is fire ... great service .You get a full detailed email regarding your suggested repairs , including a video and pictures.... A lyft ride to and from your house. Both ruben and lindsy are great. For my next vehicle, I will definitely start my search here.

I just purchased a new Q5 from Audi Calabasas and had the best experience buying my car. I went in to fix a minor item on my A3 and walked out with a new Q5. From Rafael in the service department to my AWESOME sales rep Martin that sold me the car all the way to the top of the dealership my experience was fabulous!!The dealership was extremely clean and had an amazing 12 foot table complete with plugs for me to sit and work while my car was being serviced. Of course I started peeking around for a car to test drive. Despite the rainy circumstances, Martin was happy to go on test drives with me and drudge out in the rain to get the car I was interested in on the back 40!! What a trooper !When all was said and done I met Ark one of their sales managers and ended up having an enjoyable time chatting with him . What I saw in that dealership was true, camaraderie and support for each other. Not some ruthless sales guys !! Because of their great service and commitment to get the right car for me I ended up buying a new vehicle .Last but not least, I really don't like having to go into the finance mangers office, it seems like the principles office but he was very thorough and efficient not wasting my time. Shout out to Mehrads great service as well !! From service ,sales, sales manager and finally the Finance manager my experience was wonderful!!Thank you so much for making my purchase an enjoyable one . I love my new Q5!
