What a great experience with Abby’s flowers! I’m going to share in detail all the reasons this was a great!!!
I live out of state but my mom is local and I ordered for her birthday. I’d had a bad experience w generic florists in the past so I looked for a local option. Abby’s website had competitive prices with other local florists, as well as lower range options which were more in my price range. I ordered the night before her birthday for next day delivery. First thing in the morning they needed an additional piece of information and were so kind and helpful over the phone, it made me feel so good to support them and made it apparent this was a hard working, kind, family business.
The best part was my mom’s experience! She was Blown away by the flower arrangement and loved the vase. As someone who has been receiving arrangements for decades, and organized plenty of parties, she was very impressed. She could tell I ordered an arrangement for her taste, and was impressed with the quality and variety of the entire display. Can’t wait to order again from Abby’s for Mother’s Day!
Thanks for making my moms birthday special when I couldn’t be there!

Flowers were perfect. Florist made them on super short notice and helped out big time with same night delivery! Great experience. Friend loved the flowers. Flawless transaction.

I can’t even find this place and I have wasted time driving around. The address on Google is incorrect and the one on their website is an office building. What good as a shop I can’t even find with an incorrect address.

Mistakes happen, sure, like putting in a Sympathy card instead of a Mother's Day card. But don't lie about it, then say that you actually had no idea when given proof, and then refuse to do anything about it. That's just terrible service. I will take my business elsewhere.

Incredible service. Abbey's Flower Garden went above and beyond to help me with a difficult delivery. I received a note from the recipient of the flowers saying how beautiful they were. Highly recommend.

Never order from here. My bf got me flowers for valentines day and the flowers were delivered nearly dead, and wilting the second they dropped it off. So overpriced and rude. When he called to complain they hung up on him. The 30 cent balloons were nicer than the flowers. How is this a "flower garden"? For the amount he paid they should be delivering beautiful fresh roses as shown on the website! Such a scam for 150$.

What I thought I ordered and what was delivered.It is a misrepresentation of what is given to the recipient. The box is just pieces of poorly stained plywood. In the photo it is a nice, even, dark brown stain. The bamboo is a dead brown color and in the photo it is a live green. I would not have ordered it if I would have known what it really was going to look like.To me, the only correction that would have me consider returning my business here is a refund.

The flower arrangement was nice but their delivery was awful. They didn’t deliver till 9 pm. When I placed the order, I asked them if they can deliver the same day or not and they said yes but unfortunately they were not honest and helpful at all :-(

This location is in a an office building. If you want to drop by a retail shop it is easier to visit their location at 22037 Ventura Blvd in Woodland Hills. The shop is called Luxury Florist/Abbey's Flowers. I spoke with the owner and he was very nice.
