“Overall, we had a good experience here. Tried on a few different styles of jeans and jean shorts. Their sizing has definitely changed in recent years. Larger sizes with smaller size tags attached, A.K.A. vanity sizing. It used to be that I took a 25/26 and I walked out purchasing a size 23??? I was shopping with someone who recently lost a lot of weight due to some medical issues, and they couldn't find anything to fit. The store had mostly large sizes. We didn't have any issues with the people working here and the store was very nicely organized; seemed clean. I think they need to have a better variety of sizes.”
“I am simple in my clothing example I like wearing the staple basic colors. I love Gap for this. They always help me with the colors I can crisscross with other to make more outfits. I add in my color pops with shoes or jewelry, and makeup. I must have bought the same 4 shirts in every color. I love that their summer clothes were mostly made of natural fabrics. I work alot outdoors and I do a lot of driving. I need cotton long sleeve for the sun and I need to be able to layer a tank top with a long sleeve. Love their fabrics and it just makes my life so much easier than going on Amazon and hoping the quality is there. I do oder a lot online but I like Gap in person, I do feel like their sizes run big. For example I usually wear a XL and I fit MG tank tops in a Large and my long sleeve and even t-shirts in a Medium. Thank you Gap for making a full sized gal feel small.”
“Quite busy during Memorial Day but that did not deter Celia from helping my family. We went there the first round and asked her many questions. She diligently and patiently answered every single one. We left to go to the other shops and later on returned to Kate Spade. She remembered us and continued to help us in our shopping experience. “I've shopped at Cabazon Outlets for the past four years. Last weekend was my first time stepping into Celine where I was greeted kindly by the store manager Steve and associate George. My wife and I were surprised by the level of personal service provided. It's as if we knew them and have been shopping there for years.
We were treated like distinguished guests, given cold Perrier waters as they dove into the finer details about the Cabas Tote bag. You tend to lose track of time when you have good conversations and even more when surrounded by finer people. Our shopping experience was unlike any other. Steve left a lasting impression on me. Going forward, I will stop by to visit him even if we don't plan on buying anything!”

“Went here for the first time and found an amazing coat for a gift. The prices were great as was the selection, and the customer service was amazing. Unfortunately I can't recall the salesperson's name, but she was very helpful and made us feel welcome, and periodically checked in on us without being pushy. Also, the store and layout is very appealing. We'll definitely be back next year.”

“Great place for men's items. I found 4 jackets for under $200. They had a 50%off and if you use a banana card, you get another 25% off. The line is pretty light and the staffs were all friendly and very helpful when I ask some questions.”

“The staff at this Tilly's outlet are friendly and helpful. We stopped in to checkout some sweatshirts and graphic T shirts and they had a wide selection, along with 5 changing rooms in the back. The prices are fairly reasonable and reflect outlet ranges for clothing, and checkout was smooth with two staff members working when we stepped up to pay. If you sign up for points (gotta provide an email), you can get an additional 15% off purchase so we ended up getting a sweatshirt for 30% off plus the extra 15% off. Not bad! You can return to any Tilly's location too if you have any issue with the item. ----TL;DR----Pros: helpful and friendly staff, convenient parking, selection is huge, several changing rooms, good prices on par with outlet levelCons: noneBottom Line: if you're here at the outlet, it's definitely worth a look if you find something you like”

“The GUESS brand is great. Huge fan. It always fits like a glove. They tapper their sides to fit wide shoulders & a narrow waist unlike Ralph or Tommy where everything hangs like a box with too much side fabric. The products last several washes & there's always something of style to purchase from GUESS, jeans or tops. This location is bigger than some others, but the Carlsbad Outlet location has a friendlier, fuller & more helpful staff.”

“I came in to exchange something my late father had purchased and was immediately shut down and couldn't even say a word due to some older lady treating me so rudely I felt speechless and degraded. Felt like crying honestly. Before too long my girlfriend spoke to the manager who handled our dilemma so professionally and even sincerely apologized for the lady's treatment. And I just wanted to say thanks a million to the gentleman manager. Appreciated being treated like a human being instead of like I was from another world.
