Ask for Gabriel if you are shopping Vince at the Cabazon Outlets. Gabriel has been taking care of me for the past two years, which has been an incredible delight. The fact that we shop remotely via text is the finest part of all. Gabriel texts me pictures, and his sense of style is impeccable. Friends and relatives are often complimenting the outfits he chooses for me, and I am sure this is true for all his clients. Working with Gabriel is also wonderful since he can place orders through Vince.com and send me current-season main line merchandise. Gabriel makes shopping with Vince fun.

Vince is my very favorite brand. And the prices and service here was over-the top great! My salesperson was Gabriel, and he was incredibly helpful. I'm not sure if he is the manager, but if not, he should be! Kind, not intrusive, no-pressure, went out of his way to find things at other stores that they did not have in-store in my size and have them shipped to me, plus, I really enjoyed talking to him! This outlet is almost two hours from my house in Pasadena, but in the future, I will make a special trip just to see him! From Claudia

I was out shopping with my husband this past weekend, and the associate interaction and engagement was such a lovely experience. The guys made the experience enjoyable, even in their current climate. They were so helpful from start to finish., offering great advice and going above a beyond to help me find the perfect sweater for an upcoming business trip. Now, my reference to "climate" depicts the actual environment they seemed forced or coerced to work in. I witnessed beads of sweat on a gentleman's forehead from lack of working HVAC. I would generally take my business elsewhere despite the adorable clothing. Still, I felt for the associates and was impressed with their level of customer commitment and pleasantly bright disposition, given the work conditions they were subjected to this day. Whether it's Fall, Summer, or Winter, a place of business should have working HVAC for the health and safety of their team, as well as the comfort of the guest. Five stars for the team, zero for the store environment!

Gabriel is the best sales person. He is so kind and helpful. I was looking for an item for my friend's birthday gift. Since I'm living far away, I decided to call and order from the store. He helped me to call two other stores and found it! He matched the online price for me and I was able to get it on time! Thank you very much!

Vince is one of my favorite brands. But lately maybe because of Covid situation, I was disappointed with my experience at the Vince boutique at Fashion Island. I decided to buy online. After I failed to order 17 pieces of clothes online and was so frustrated with the customer service, I walked in the outlet in Cabazon. As always, I was kindly and effectively helped by Gabriel and Zack. When I noticed a mistake on my receipt I contacted the store, Gabriel helped me solve the problem quickly and satisfactorily. I wish all the salespersons or customer service people don't use Covid as an excuse for bad service. Keep it up guys! See you soon.

We didn't plan on buying anything here but we ended up getting a leather jacket and a sweater. Big part of this is the sales associate Gabriel who is so helpful, patient and just nice. I wish all sales associate are like him.

I went into this store a few days ago, a gentleman named Zack was very rude to me. I wasn't assisted instead he was behind the counter checking his phone and talking to other employees. I wouldn't recommend this store location.

I was in the fitting room a few days ago during Memorial Day weekend and left a bag of Nike stuff that I bought next door. I was already back home in OC when I realized I forgot the bag so I called the store, hoping someone hadn't taken it. Andrew, the store manager, was extremely helpful and assured me that my bag was safe in the office and they would be able to ship it out to me after the weekend. I called back on Tuesday to be helped by Andrea who took down my information and sent me an email confirming the shipping process. Extremely wonderful customer service from both Andrea and Andrew! I was so delightfully surprised so I had to write a Yelp review for them:)

Have shopped here for many times, and this outlet shop used to be good. However this time I feel so disappointed. The workers in the store have been changed, now they are helpless and rude. I would like to go to the retail stores instead here since I like to be helped and respected.

OMG! i had the best time at this store! i live in vegas and went to palm springs for my anniversary and my luggage got lost on the airplane so i had no present to give to my boyfriend luckily i had one of the managers helped me find great gifts for my now to be fiancee :D i highly recommend taking some time to make it in there make sure you ask for a fabulous guy by the name of julian to help you! he put a dent in my pocket but soo well worth it! amazing customer service!
