A great change from a few years back

I been in this area for over 34 years, I've seen alot of postmaster come and go. Three postmaster ago, told me that any packages the came she would send back to shipper, now that piss me off and I moved my mail service. I don't get home deliverers. I was told about the new postmaster how great they are and decided to try them out. They do a great, no problems, excellent.?????keep it up.

I have never had a problem at this post office. I've always been greeted with a smile and they were very helpful when sending boxes overseas. I don't get all the bad reviews. If there is a line they aren't very long and they serve everyone promptly. I've lived here for 28 years. The women that are working here currently are wonderful!

Rose has really turned around my opinion of this post office. Luckily, she remembered my post office box. When a credit card was sent only with my home address, she did not send it back, and she put it in my personal post office box. They have key boxes for packages, so there isn’t a long wait to pick up my delivered packages. If only the hours of operation were longer, and at least one person available during the long lunch period, I’d be a happy citizen.

Service here is very bad. The workers are very disrespectful, they never respect us. Also they be giving our mail out to other people that they shouldn't have and that's illegal and I will be reporting that because it's not okay for other people to walk in and be able to take the mail that it's not even under their name. Workers here are doing illegal stuff that is not okay.. I hope I get someone call me back so I can report these people.. that's considered federal time..

They’re open when they feel like it. They have lunch at different times each day for different amounts of time. They wait on you when they feel like it. Half the time there is a line up out the door because it’s too hard for them to even think about the fact they’re supposed to be serving people.

Why does the Google maps page say it's open at 1245pm ? I am at the location at 1250 pm to get in and out and the retail door is locked.
