I've never met somebody who seemed so unhappy with their job. I asked one question and received a hostile response and it's so disappointing receiving that attitude from the store manager Robert when he should be setting an example for the rest of his employees.

If I could give them 0 Stars I would. I stood at the front area waiting to buy purses, wallet's and ID holders. Not ONE person asked could they help. Too busy chatting. Thanks for the save, Michael Kors. ??❤️

Beautiful store been a couple of times however I went to return an online order and they had a difficult time with it had a lot of employees help and some said "you know you can return online again right?" And I replied yes however I had an option to bring it to the store as well then others just looked down on me assuming it was fake saying "are you sure you purchased this item at tommy?" Like what are you serious do I look some sort of way for it not to be real found that to be very offensive and they had me show them the emails to my purchase to verify it was from tommy hilfiger... I did not appreciate that experience dont expect to return ?

Very unfriendly guys at the fitting room.. very bad service.. if you want to ask something they walk away... the most people of the stuff looks not really happy..
