Always a favorite.Not that I can afford anything in this store but I do sometimes find an incredible pair of sunglasses at a good price.and.. from the looks of it... other people have also discovered this "trick"

I came in here about 2 weeks ago. , I was not greeted at all your sales associate were having a full on conversation. I was currently the only one in the store with my friend who apparently was not dressed well enough to their liking where they made him feel uncomfortable for even walking into the store. They looked at him as if he was garbage and has no place to even walk in. Now after my friend has experiencing that I did not want to give them any sort of service. So we had left. I actually saw a couple of things I wanted but due to the lack of customer service I decided not to. I don't think I will ever come back here. I will just be shopping online or going to an ACTUAL NON DISCOUNTED TOM FORD. I don't quite understand why they feel the need to be so judge mental even when this isn't discounted store like come on. The Tom Ford on Rodeo has never given me terrible service.

If you're looking for extensive items to chose from, you will not find it here. They are very limited in inventory. What you will find is fragrances and sunglasses and men's wear. I was very pleased with the service provided by Sean R. Very distinguished and prestige looking gentleman, who possessed manners and kindness. I did find a gem that I simply love. Anyone posting negative reviews needs to understand not everything needs to meet your every ideal in order to be considered a decent experience.

Amazing service .Valerie is truly wonderful. I trust her taste and she offers great advice. Thanks to her, I got a great pair of glasses for myself and one pair for my husband. I bought the Tom Ford bag of my dreams. All items 30% off retail. I always make sure I stop and see what's new here. Great value and great service for a girl who hates paying full retail price.
