The employees were super passive aggressive and rude. It was such an uncomfortable experience watching everyone else being helped out in the store and being ignored clearly because I was Asian. Do better.

Every time I go to this store, the girls are always so sweet. They greet every customer that comes inside and are always more than willing to help set up a fitting room. Thank you ladies!

The girls who work here are unhelpful and not friendly at all. They were actually shopping for themselves while we were there. It was a Monday, so it was not busy and they greeted every customer who walked in but didn’t say anything to us. (We are the only people who bought anything) They were also rude about how many items I could bring into the fitting room. It really ruined my experience there and made me feel not good about my purchases after. I wrote to their corporate care office and was offered a 20% discount for anything online by the end of June. Why would I want to spend more money with them? I want them to address the attitudes of these girls so that others don’t have the same experience. My mother in law and sister in law had the same experience as me in January, so the common denominator here- the employees. (Added note that an employee from another store came in to shop on their break and they were extra friendly to her and they were talking about not making their numbers and being slow.) “Big Mistake. Big. Huge. I have to go shopping now.”

December 23rd around 2pm - racist lady with a Betty boop tshirt and a blow out was extra rude for some reason to my entire family. My sister was trying on a dress trying to be cute and she hustled us and kept on asking us to take clothes out to keep us under the 10 item max. We CLEARLY had less than 10 at all times but she kept knocking and ruining our entire experience. She seemed like she wanted to serve the white customers more than us, a group of Asian women lmao. It's not our fault people are lining up for the fitting room, we are also trying clothes on?? Like one does in a clothing store?? Not sure what her deal was, weirdest experience of the day. I get that retail workers have a hard time around the holidays but her attitude was nasty.

I love reformation for their sustainability, classic silhouettes, and decent quality fabrics (not always though). However the customer service here today was not it. Granted I did try on a handful of items but the girls working here today basically just ignore clients and give you the cold shoulder unless they're carrying a bag that's worth more than a few grand. Regardless of someone not carrying a nice bag buying items of the same caliber as this other person. I come here about once a year and the sales are actually decent sometimes but the girls that work here leave a very bad taste in your mouth even after you buy something cute. This was not the case last year as the girls working last time were very friendly and helpful, so it was quite disappointing. To all my other girlies looking to check this place out, I say save your coin or find out your size and buy online!

Location: between Coach and Prada, directly across from Blazed Pizza I went during Black Friday, and I was shocked when I saw they had minimal to no lines unlike most stores that had long waits. Their Black Friday special was an additional 25% off the already discounted prices. Most of their products were past season picks, and they had a myriad of sizes available throughout the store. The store itself is pretty small, but they made the most of the space, and the dressing rooms were spacious and clean. I really liked the lighting and the carpeted floors. The customer service was great, and I really enjoyed my experience at the Reformation outlet location!

Popped in here since I was visiting the outlets for July 4th weekend. The girls were really sweet, they greeted me as soon as I walked into the store and checked in made sure I was okay while browsing. The prices are reduced compared to original prices. Although I didnt make a purchase I would definitely comeback to make a purchase for a special event. Most sizes are for smaller figures but was happy to see some size 10 and XL sizing (not many tho).

So, I wasn't (positively) impressed by this store when I visited 04/14/2021. The merchandise seemed ok, but not of the highest quality. My biggest concern was the staff. A young woman was (probably texting) on her phone. She barely looked up for a fraction of a second to satisfy what is probably a requirement placed on her to greet customers. For her, this was clearly "transactional ", not "relational", and she had little interest in interacting on any meaningful level. It's time for Reformation to consider banning employees from mobile phone use while at work and providing more intensive training on effective customer service.
