The worst customer service, the manager ladie is extremely rude and has no form of people skills. This store needs some form of training on how to deal with customers.

I just want to start off by thanking the manager Ricardo and the two ladies who helped me out today on 06.26.22. I had an issues with a previous purchase and Ricardo was able to take care of the issue with no obstacles. The two employees helped me find the correct size and shirt. I’m super thankful for how great the experience was today at Psycho Bunny . I can’t wait to go back and purchase more clothing from them. Wonderful people and service. ! Keep up the great work.

I loved the large selections of Polo's shirts n shorts. The store was so organized and clean. I luved the friendly staff. I would like to thank the Manager Ricardo for taking the time to help me select all the perfect items for my step son. I can't wait to give him his gifts. I will definitely be back.

Picked up some great swimsuits here. Love the vibrant colors and patterns. Great dress shirts, shorts as well as a mock pullover. Primarily men and boys. Friendly staff.

Very rude and bad service I went inside and was looking for sizes and not once did they ask if I needed help and I was picking out a shirt and one of the co workers was all up in my ear telling me to move also I was talking to my friend and was thinking to myself I wonder what size a large would be since there numbers and that same guy literally laughed at me for not knowing how there sizes work very rude and description of the guy was a dark man that was folding clothes never going back not good service

Inspected more that an unprofessional personal. I spend more than a hour selecting my items that at the time of checkout the manager denied my debit payment. I have made purchases in Austin , online and I have never received this treatment before. I would never stop to this store again. Future buyers look for a better store with nicer staff and a so call manager.
