Went in to buy, some bigger guy with a mask on came and gave me dirty looks, no greetings or anything, maybe it’s an American thing, but back Italy I’d never get treated that way. I hope he gets fired or gets on a diet.

I bought a pants on 9/19/2021, I was told the sale size 38, But she packed the size 40 for me, I try to call this store last whole week, No one answer me and no body call me back, Because I live in LA, It’s to far away. I don't understand what the point is of having a telephone at your business but nobody picking up the phone to help the customers. If you're going to be a high-end store, then give high-end service. Someone here needs to talk to the manager from Highup and teach him how to answer the phone.
