Went here for the first time and found an amazing coat for a gift. The prices were great as was the selection, and the customer service was amazing. Unfortunately I can't recall the salesperson's name, but she was very helpful and made us feel welcome, and periodically checked in on us without being pushy. Also, the store and layout is very appealing. We'll definitely be back next year.

I had so much fun at this store. The service was amazing. Once the staff figured out what I was interested in, they found items for me to look at. I bought all kinds of fun stuff! Plus there’s a rewards program. I’m still smiling at my experience.

My first time to shop at karl lagerfeld outlet store was amazeballs!! The asian sales rep was so good in sales talk that you would really buy stuff that she recommends. She was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. ❤️❤️❤️ I’ve been such a fan of this brand, now I love it even more because of the customer service they have. I forgot to get her name but she’s an asian petite lady.

Bought a dress from their store, was told I can return it within 14 days if I wan to. Went back next week to return it, they said that it’s now on “clearance” and they won’t be able to return it. I was told it was not on “clearance” when I got it. Don’t buy from this store.

I purchased a shirt from this store on black friday and wore it one time. It tore as I was taking it off right in the front center. I called the store the next day and they tracked down another shirt for me and shipped free of charge within 1 week. GREAT customer services! Thank you, you have a customer for life!
