Amanda gave me the shopping experience that I needed. If I had a clothing company she would be exactly who I would hire. The band is always amazing but she left such an impression that I had to shout her out.

Love the clothes but NEVER buy from this store, the salesman called me after I purchased a jacket and offered to keep selling other stuff over the phone, since I live in San Diego, and we started putting an order together, we spent hours going over pricing and the total at the end was off, finally the salesman said its because I was giving wrong pricing by the Manager Daniel, I would assume a respectable store would honor the pricing I got from the manager but they didnt, and when I wrote the Manager Daniel to explain what happened hes response was “?”, felt like I was shopping at a garage sale in Tijuana. STAY AWAY!

This place has amazing selection and even more styles available than the main store in Costa Mesa. I just was able to pick up two amazing jackets at a great discount to original price during end of year sale The advisors here like Daniel really help you select and design a style suitable to your personality and budget. Like I said before it's not cheap when compared to say macys, cole haan etc, but this sort of quality and style at other foreign brand merchants usually retails for 3-5x more

I went in to this store on 7/15/23 and there was a male and female working in the store. I walked in while they were in conversation and they never acknowledged me as I walked around them and the store. I'm not sure if it was my race or if they thought I couldn't afford the items in the store. Then 2 other men walked in and they were greeted as every potential customer should be. Note to the 2 workers there that day: You should treat every customer with the same greeting no matter what their race is or what you think they can or can't afford. I have bought items from this store when it was at different location in this mall and I always felt like I wasn't getting the same customer service as those around me. This past visit confirmed it for me and for this reason I will never spend my money at this location again. Shame on you!

Gotta say, was kinda blown away by how friendly and helpful the staff is at this location. I have an old pair of JV boots that I wore into the ground so because I loved them so much. They even gave me their business card to help track down a similar pair of boots for me! Will definitely stop by again.

I found some great deals at this place. High quality clothing for a phenomenal deal. The service from the GM Stephen was second to none. He picked out some beautiful clothes for at a very great place and I had to bring them home. I'll be back for sure.

I am an admirer of this clothing line. Very edgy and rustic style. Love it. However, my friend told me about this outlet store in Cabazon and that I should give it a try and save some money. I was here a few days ago and there were two store workers, I blonde hair male and a dark hair lady. Both seems to be more interested in their cell phone then the customers. I picked out few tshirts and a leather jacket. I asked them if the jacket had an additional sale make down since there were a sign over it. The lady said yes. When I went to pay I noticed the discount was not applied to them. I asked her and she said that it was the sales price. But she originally told me there will be an additional mark down. WTH... My issue is not the sale price but their demeanor. Come off as rude and I'm-helpful. It's was like, we don't care if you buy it or not. It's not like the store were busy because I was the only customer there at that time. Definitely not coming back here again. They need to provide better customer training for their employees here.

Been a big fan of JV clothes for years now and have a closet full of his shirts and jackets. Not as much a fan of the customer service at this location. One dude completely ignored me, but at least the second guy was helpful. I asked for a shirt in an XL and I guess they tasked the first guy with retrieving it. It never came to me until I went to the second guy to ask. I guess they brought it out to some other customer they thought was cooler than me. Nevertheless I bought the shirt. Btw John Varvatos is no longer involved in the actual running of the company which might explain why the staff might have lost their passion for the job.
