The GUESS brand is great. Huge fan. It always fits like a glove. They tapper their sides to fit wide shoulders & a narrow waist unlike Ralph or Tommy where everything hangs like a box with too much side fabric. The products last several washes & there's always something of style to purchase from GUESS, jeans or tops. This location is bigger than some others, but the Carlsbad Outlet location has a friendlier, fuller & more helpful staff.

Yesenia helped us at check-out today and she was absolutely delightful. She was very welcoming and was able to provide answers to some of our questions! Store was clean and organized. Keep up the good work!

I'm surprised how patient their staff is. I bought 18 shirts, 2 button ups, a blazer, 4 pairs of jeans, shoes... and I tried them all on in the dressing room. Which is a lot to try on.. every time I came out of the dressing room, the previous clothes I tried on were all neatly folded in a pile. The staff was nice enough to find different sizes for me when I found something I liked, but didn't fit (too long, etc). They also gave me honest feedback on a few of the things I tried on that I was on the fence about. But anyways, definitely go here on buy one get one half off days.. spent like $875 on all of that, which is quite the bargain. I originally came in for one outfit to wear and ended up with more than I planned to get lol. I wish they had more mens jeans and shoes like the guess store in Anthem.

Poor customer service. I didn't know that we are not allowed to use the cell phones inside and got told not to take pictures then the employee stated that his manager told him to tell me like she couldn't tell me instead...there wont be a next time ill just swing at them i felt mad and feel like she owed an apology like a small thing can get big like that

I feel sorry for the check out girl as the signs are Deceptive. Fine print is often very hard to read or covered.

I went on Saturday about 5:30p, spent time looking through everything, carefully selecting my sizes and sizes up just in case, carrying everything around with me, etc etc. About 30 min later, I'm ready to try on things with the intent of purchasing. Just to be told that the fitting rooms are all closed. (They have about 8-10, I think). I asked the girl why and she said she wasn't sure. I asked if it was because of covid still to which she said, "no, they're just not opening them." She apologized and walked away. So I called her back to ask what the return policy is and if I can return them at any Guess since we live over 1 1/2 hrs away. She told me it can be returned within 30 days, but only at Guess outlet locations. Understood, but not convenient since again, I don't have locations near me. So I went to the cashier to purchase double of a few items with the intent to return whichever didn't fit. I asked if she could verify any locations near me that would accept the return. I also asked her why their fitting rooms were closed to which she said "because they're too busy." This is when I couldn't hold me frustration anymore. I've worked in retail for years, I get what busy is and I'm always empathetic to those in retail for this reason. But, this is causing them to lose sales! (This happened to me prior, but that was several months ago and they said it was for covid reasons then). When your manager is running his/her sales reports, makes sure he/she is aware that your fitting rooms are closed due to the inconvenience of "working too hard" on the days that bring in the most revenue. I even offered to put my own items away! I ended up not purchasing anything due to the frustration and inconvenience. If it's SO busy, then just open 1-3 rooms at a time. Limit the amount of items someone can take in. Easy solutions that won't affect revenue!
