Should definitely change the closing hours. I drove 45 minutes from Menifee. Got here at 8pm just to be told that they close at 8pm, and not at 9pm.

Very rude and arrogant people works here. Make one of your employees stand outside or leave door opened and let your customers know that you guys are closing with manner. Do not just follow customers to make them leave. Educate your employees Gucci

My experience at GUCCI was superb! 20 min wait outside to get in, for security purposes, but once in I was attended by a very nice gentleman named Kevin. Not only that he was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly, he was patient. I was undecided in my wallet purchase and he was informative and not pushy. The store had a very good selection of products. I really wasn't going to purchase the wallet because mine was still good, but Kevin was so patient and not pushing the sale, I decided to get the wallet. He's definitely a good person and quite the gentleman. Look for Kevin next time you visit GUCCI at Desert Hills!

The service was impeccable especially considering there’s a line that is constantly at least 20 patrons deep. One on one attention with your own personal shopper elevates the experience and takes the outlet feeling out of the moment, while still keeping the outstanding outlet pricing. Trying to understand why you close your doors and don't allow clients to come in when you close at eight and we were there well before eight. Also employees just standing there and smirking, maybe come to the door and provide an explanation? Let's not forget you're an employee , you don't own Gucci.

They treat you well. They have great customer service great salesman. The salesman talked me into buying so much stuff that I wasn't there to buy lol. He talked a good game and he got me overall the store was clean. Everyone was well groomed and was very helpful. The prices was great and i'll definitely go back.
