We had this experience that proved the dimensions on their packaging misrepresent sizing purposely, and the company refuses to take returns. A particularly hostile way of doing business.I purchased a king set of sheets, pillowcases and a blanket at the Cabazon CA store from one Edgar Alfaro. They were shipped by your staff to our home. We returned from traveling for the summer and followed the washing instructions provided and enclosed by the store in Cabazon.Our king mattress is exactly 76" wide by 80" long, we have a normal mattress depth (not shallow not topped, not deep, etc). The fitted sheet provided in the set bags up in the corners as there appears to be several extra inches of fabric in each dimension. I called the store and spoke with Edgar Alfaro, the agent we purchased them from. He informed us that this was in fact "normal and designed to accommodate various mattress sizes" and added that we should "use clip-ons in the corners to cinch up the loose fabric".Now, I don't go through the trouble of knowing my mattress dimensions, translating them to centimeters to translate to your packaging, only to have those precise measurement be inaccurately represented on your packaging such that the product is multiple inches incorrectly cut in both dimensions.The store agent refused any additional help and told me that this was simply store policy. I don't think a global brand like Frette wants to be known for caveat emptor, and badly made sheets. He got huffy at this point and refused to provide any other assistance.

I just cannot express how much and to what degree that I adore this store. If it wasn't for this store I wouldn't have an easy time getting high quality sheets for the bed. My issue is that I cannot use ANY type of synthetic fabric on my skin.. it causes a bad skin reaction. I have to have cotton. Not any kind of cotton but high quality Supima, long staple cotton, Egyptian cotton OR Italian bedding. Such a night & day difference when it comes to the quality of sleep. The 4th of July sales is when I make a "killing" and I end up bringing many cal king sets home. Thank You Frette

Edgar had stellar customer service and was extremely patient with me while I deliberated. Got an Egyptian cotton quilt for more than 50% off retail in the prettiest sapphire blue coloring. Obviously the pricing will be insanely DC'd compared to the South Coast Plaza location and the staff are very helpful at offering suggested/ related products.

Meh, I expected more. The store is neat and easy to navigate if you're looking for something in particular. I can't pinpoint the reason why, but the luxury feel of items at this location were not the same as what I found at Woodbury Common near NYC. It was nice enough, but for the price point, I expected sleeker, softer fabrics. Oh, well, maybe next time.

Terribly rude and disrespectful sales person full of attitude Abby Ash and manger Michael who just tried to shuffle us out the door instead of being a professional and customer first service. Awful. We drove 3 hours on Black Friday to get to their sale. We walked in the very nice gentleman at the door knew us and let us know our regular salesperson had left the company introduced us to the new person who was very nice and helpful. We purchased a few things the bill was $750. Which didn't sound right to me and she said she didn't add the discount. Simple mistake but no apology and full of attitude like she got caught trying to rip us off. Then I asked who to complain to Abby ignored me the other salesperson was nice enough to get the manager Michael Bailey I believe. He had a ton of attitude too. Didn't listen to a word we said. Just said "no harm no foul" which shows he didn't listen because clearly we were harmed and his team wasn't. Then did everything he could to shuffle us out the door. We shop there three times a year and always had good experiences On top if it. We went online to Frette and we could have just ordered the same items as their prices were exactly the same. Unfortunate experience. They should do a better of hiring and pricing for outlets.

Really nice bed sheets and bath towels. The staff is absolutely amazing and can answer any questions you might have about the product and what makes it so good. Only place I purchase my bath towels now.

Really worthwhile to shop here, you can get $1500 bed sheets for around $400-$600. I love Frette brand and will always buy their bedding. The sales lady here was also very friendly, helpful and quick.

Store was laid out nicely. Sales gal was very informative and helpful. The sheets I purchased were originally $1600! They were 80% off marking them down to $320!! Best saving of the day!!
