Corina was very kind, helpful and quick with helping me with my new watch! We waited longer in line than we did for the entire process of resizing and engraving. Excellent service from the gentleman helping at checkout. Happy with my new watch and customer service!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Bought a hybird Retro Pilot Chronograph Brown Eco Leather Watch which cost me over a hundred and fifty dollars with tax. 3 weeks later it stopped working completely. I call this fossil store and they said they exchange it. Well showed up today and they didn't have this model in and becuase I threw out the receipt and they hold zero records at the store they tried to give me 60 bucks credit for another watch. The fossil web page even showed the correct price but this over wieght Hispanic want to be manager would not honor it. I would highly recommend not buying here and fossil smart watches are junk my Samsung smartwatch has been working flawlessly for over 3 years, compared to 3 weeks for this fossil and this particular outlet is a joke for customer care. Definitely never buying anything fossil after this. Fossil will definitely become a fossil business with this level of customer care, at least the name suits them.

I went in today looking for a Christmas gift for my 23 year old son. I had the extreme pleasure of meeting your worker named Anthony. He helped me pick out a beautiful smart watch for my son and at a great deal. He was so knowledgeable about the watch and made it such a great transition. I highly recommend this place and especially recommend Anthony. Thank you for all the help.

The pin that sets the time on my Fossil watch had gotten snagged on a knit shirt, came out of the watch. Unfortunately, the pin was lost. I went into this Fossil store, hoping they could repair it on site or if they could send it in. I have been a Fossil customer for years and they remain my watch of choice. Unfortunately, this outlet store no longer does repairs nor sends repairs out. The store was clean and well presented. I only had to wait a minute until the associate had finished with her customers. Allicen listened to my situation, and asked to wait while she got a co-worker to assist us. Byron came out and explained what I needed to do regarding the QR Code and mailing my watch back to the Repair Center. He provided the envelope and printed instructions. Both Byron and Allicen were very positive, friendly and professional. Had I needed a replacement watch, I am confident they would have found just the right one for me. I have seen Fossil go from being a brand new company, to a major player in the 90's, to seeing their mall stores disappear one by one by one. They make great timepieces and leather goods, I did not ask, but I assume all Fossil stores have discontinued in-store repairs and shipping repairs out. No doubt this helps tFossil on the profit line; but as a long time customer and fan, I have one less reason to find a Fossil store, much less shop in it. My excellent customer experience with Alicen and Byron is why I am giving 4 stars vs. 3 or possibly 2.

Its ok to check every now and the till you find and like the watch. Its so slow and quite at the store buy one place to can if buying watches. They have designer watches too

We have purchased few wallets from fossil.com and needed to have them embossed. Tried several fossil stores and this was the only one who was welcoming and they asked us to bring them over and they will have it done, when other stores said that was not possible. Laurence, Callie and Daliah took care of us when we arrived. They were very welcoming, patient and did a fantastic job. We highly recommend this place, and recommend the nice staff and service we received here. Thank you for making this a great experience.

I visited this awesome location on Monday, 8/22/22, with my mom. After visiting almost every store at the Cabazon Outlets we were just completely blown away by everything this Fossil location had to offer. The store was pristine, the value and quality of the items sold was outstanding, and the customer service was absolutely top tier. The three employees: Laurence, Callie, and Stephanie made us feel very welcome and were happy to answer any questions we had. They had very positive vibes and seemed genuinely happy to be there. All in all, this was one of the best experiences I've ever had shopping and will most definitely be back. I would give them 6/5 stars if I could! Outstanding job!

I just want to acknowledge what amazing service my son and I had today. Byron was so helpful and patient with us. Bryon helped us with 2 watch repairs and three engraving. He took his time and made sure we got exactly what we wanted and we both are very happy with our purchases.

My friend shopped prior to me and experienced the manager on duty Corrina and associate treating her as a thief while attempting to compare merchandise to decide on a purchase. At least three accusatory statements were made, as she tried to find a wallet that had as much storage as the one she was trying replace. Unfortunately she chose to make a purchase even with the service she received. When we met back up she said she wasn't thrilled with her choice it really wasn't big enough. But walking through the mall had taken it's toll so she just settled. I looked at my phone and immediately found a replacement wallet exactly though the one she had. So she asked me to return it. I Had the of unfortunate experience of doing a the return with Corrina. I Was forced to provide my ID to do a cash return. All of her questions had a very accusatory tone All the while stating it was the company policy that all returns had to have a ID provided. I provided my ID she did absolutely nothing with it but look at it. I asked her what exactly had that accomplished is there a name on my receipt? She said no. I said," I still don't understand why you need my ID ". Again company policy. No policy was visible. I let her know she should write my name down because I will be contacting customer service. *beware customer service is outsourced so you're not going to get anyone in the US. I will update if I hear from the District sales manager, as I requested.

***During/Pre COVID-19 Visit*** RUDEST service ever!!! Asked if they can assist switching dead batteries; RUDE sales lady says it must be a Fossil brand. I bring the watch and says "gimme a second" in a condescending manner. Stood for several minutes, ignored and wasn't assisted. We walked out without hesitation! Learn some CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We will NOT be coming back!!!
