I haven't been to this shopping center in so many years and am unsure if Fendi was there my last visit.
Fendi has always been a top brand for me in eyewear-sunglasses strictly and a single handbag ? long ago.
Well, that all changed with this last visit. I entered the store and was greeted and felt welcome immediately. I said to my sister, "It's likely I won't be into any shoes here, just handbags." Low and behold, I looked at the footwear because I have a life-long affinity for shoes and wowwweee, I ended up with a dream pair!
I worked with a wonderful sales associate who offered me comfort, a place for seating, and brought me the shoes. They fit beautifully and looked fantastic! I knew at once I was going to buy but never felt crowded by my wonderful sales associate.
I got my shoes boxed up, and the same associate met me up front to check out once I was ready. One thing that is important to me is how I am treated and how my time is considered. At this lovely location, they acclimated to my timeline and service needed and gave me more.
Thank you, Fendi, for remaining top-notch in delivery and form in how you run your business. You have a loyal customer due to these attributes.

Where has the customer service gone? Only cater to the rich? Called customer service to search for Fendace line that they previously had. First representative told me that if they were to get them, it would only be the outlets. She said she could transfer me to this store and then the line drops. *of course* so I call back again and I get another agent. Now this agent does everything under the sun BUT help me. I feel like every question or concern I had, she had a negative way to respond. I think this company takes great pride in not helping at all. Wow. Are you guys hiring? I'd love to be in your training group. Lol! Anyways, the representative then said, the outlets no longer answer phones for two years and only deal with the general public, so if you are looking for any items that may have landed in the outlets, make sure you have a plane or train ticket if you live far because they WILL NOT service you if you are not local. Great job Fendi!

I enjoyed shopping here. The sales associate was very helpful in finding outfits for me. The prices are decent for what it is, but I cant complain. I will definitely go back when I can.

Went in just to look around and found two unique and beautiful handbags! Ask for sales associate, Lucas. He made my shopping experience wonderful. His customer service was on point!! Can't wait to go back!

It was my first time to go to an outlet and I was surprised that they have bags from the actual retail store. Abraham was the sales associate who was very polite and knowledgeable about the product and the brand. I also found out that they regularly have different products every couple of weeks or so. Hopefully there are more color options when I get back but the experience was great! Everyone was nice.
