Customer service is terrible!! 4 girls standing at the desk gossiping and cussing. I asked for a dressing room for my husband instead of showing us where it was the girl pointed and then started talking to the other girls again. The store set is Poorly done, the girl ringing us up kept talking to us like we were irrelevant then would talk to her co worker’s. I will never shop there again.

I applied here and had the worst experience. They called me to set up an interview and I called back that night because I had work and they told me to call back the next day, so I did. I could only do over the phone because I was working until 4 that day. So they said the store manager would call between 4 and 4:10. So I asked if I could get out of work 5 minutes early and 4:25 rolls around and nothing so I call back and the person that answered said if the store manager didn't call back she would. No call back, so obviously there's no customer service and I wouldn't want to work with people like that anyways. Just letting anyone know who applies because you deserve better.

Today was very disappointing. I came in to return slacks that came undone well I was presenting at work. The threading on the cuff on the ankle unfolded. I had no idea that I bought slacks that were not threaded properly because I did not try them on. I spoke with Kim and she stated "Because she didn't sell me damaged slacks and she can't make money off of re-selling the ones I'm returning there's is nothing she can do". I've been a regular client and now this store has completely lost my business.

Employees lack costumer service.I got in line to pay for my items,(store was emty by the way) waited around 5min in line for someone to come to the register, I looked behind me and two Employees were talking to each other, when I go over to ask them to ring Me up, the girl with the greenish hair color looks at me like I am interrupting something important, and still she took her sweet time to go over to the register to ring me up.

I was in the line waiting to buy a good amount of clothes , while waiting in line I noticed Manager “Sarah” being very rude to a customer on wanting to get store credit on a item purchased on line.I decided not to buy anymore due to that bad service and bad attitude from this so called manager .I decided with to go with Armani exchange instead. Train your employees to find solutions.

I work for customer service and I knw better the to treat customers the way SARA the manager treat me she was so rude did not try to help me with my order I drove 1hr to this express store I explain to her and she refuse to do a simple exchange her reply to me was it was a waste of my time to come here .did not care for my drive while she was laughing worst service ever .
