I wasn’t planning on buying anything I just went because my partner wanted to check it out. I ended up finding a jacket I liked but they didn’t have any in my size on display. We went up to the register and asked the associate/manager at the register if they had my size in the store. He was super helpful, he went to the back to look for it and was happy to do it. Although he was the manager he went himself to look for it. Great customer service. He was very friendly and making conversation with us. I was very impressed with this store. His name was Chris.

We are in this store with a great surprise of very good prices, a great variety of products for adults and children and also an extensive number of offers that we were able to take advantage of. It is a store that you should not miss when you go to Cabazon Outlets.

Denied return of faulty belt. Bad product but worse service. The associate attempted to help me as my receipt was in the system however the manager came and stopped him, demanding I find the the missing clasp which had broken off. Unfortunate waste of time.

Excellent customer service! They were willing to check the stock from other stores. Even though I couldn't find the short sleeve shirts as I planned, I ended up buying a lot more other items because the salespersons are really patience and attentive. This store location has wonderful staffs and store manager. But, I forgot the name of the wonderful staffs. The experience really wants to make me to call them for their names.
