Great customer service. Walked in here getting 2 pairs of shoes and the employees helped me get in and out of the store under 15 minutes!! Great Job Clarks Outlet!!

Awful service. All the employees do is just talk amongst themselves. They don't meet customers at all. So, I am not going to patronize the store.

So thankful for this place!! We visited a few months ago and it had a gross feet smell which honestly immediately turned me off because I have such a sensitive nose, so we didn't get anything then. Maybe a recommendation, have some kind of room freshener going? :(We actually came by again last week on the way to a wedding because I forgot my shoes at home!! So annoying but glad this place exists. I'm all in with Clark's shoes because they're super comfortable! Luckily we came by and they had the perfect pair that I needed. I just wanted some plain, black heels which they had in my size and was perfect. AND they had a 2 for $99 deal!!! Such a steal. I was eyeing another pair of just regular cloudsteppers and glad I found out about the deal because I grabbed those as well! The young lady worker made sure to check both pairs and confirm the sizes matched and were correct because I didn't even think about checking the other pair.. you would only assume. I have shopped at this store many times over the years. The Outlet Stores are Always Very Busy because they are Located Right along Interstate 10 in Cabazon. Now with Covid and Staff Shortages it can be even Harder to Find the Shoe that You are Looking For! The Staff is Very Friendly and Helpful but I wasn't Finding Exactly what I was Looking For. Upon my Return Visit I was Helped by Dee and Explained what I was Looking For. She took the time to shoe me a shoe that she had but Not in my Size. I liked the Shoe that she showed me and she went on her Computer and found that there were 10 pairs of the shoes that I liked in my size available in All of the Clark's Stores. She Ordered 1 pair and had them sent to my home at No Additional Charge and I Liked them so Well that I Ordered Another Pair. She then Called men Last Night and said that they Arrived at the Store.!I went back out today to Pick Up the Second Pair. She went Way Beyond to Get Me Shoes that I was Very Happy With! Great Job Dee! Thank You!
