Price tag was Not accurate on a lipstick.
Once the lipstick was scanned the price is higher. Misleading information that ruined my Clarins brand experience.
At 6:30 pm on Saturday the cashier said the manager was off and calling won’t make any difference.
The cashier did offered a 10% discount, still lower than the price tag difference.
¡The cashier tried to help! ¡That was sweet!
However, the price tag was not honored.
¡The team are very kind people, the store is clean and has testers!
This was my personal experience.
Hope its avoid you any disappointment during your visit to Clarins Factory Store at Cabazon.

Dropped into this Desert Hills store a few weeks ago searching for a discontinued cleanser and the young gentleman working there (sorry I’ve forgotten your name) was incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to inform me about about other products. Clarins should be very proud to have an employee like this.If anyone from Clarins is reading this, I’ve used Clarins products for 45 years and still can’t understand why you would ever discontinue Gentle Foaming Cleanser! New formulations are too fragranced, or too thick, or make me break out.

Was a nice store. On the smaller side in comparison to the store in Las Vegas. The people were nice and I was able to get what I needed pretty quickly and be on my way. I would suggest this store if you're in the area. Personally, I would go back if I ever go shopping at the outlets again.

I really used to like coming here for their products but I've had it with the rude manager who is consistently rude with the way she talks to customers. I came here last week and was looking around and had my hands full with my bags and a coffee. I placed my coffee down on an empty spot in a shelf and the manager so rudely asked me to move it, I was so surprised with how rude she was. Other times I've been here she's just very aggressive with customers, they really need to get a new manager!!

I've been to multiple Clarins Stores. The best one by far is Santa Anita Mall. At this particular location in Cabazon Staff is so disgustingly rude.
