I've shopped at Cabazon Outlets for the past four years. Last weekend was my first time stepping into Celine where I was greeted kindly by the store manager Steve and associate George. My wife and I were surprised by the level of personal service provided. It's as if we knew them and have been shopping there for years.
We were treated like distinguished guests, given cold Perrier waters as they dove into the finer details about the Cabas Tote bag. You tend to lose track of time when you have good conversations and even more when surrounded by finer people. Our shopping experience was unlike any other. Steve left a lasting impression on me. Going forward, I will stop by to visit him even if we don't plan on buying anything!

I drive through cabazon a few times a year en route to a jail in Yuma where some of my clients are housed. I've been shopping at this outlet for decades now. Back in the day I got some amazing suits here, some of the best deals on Earth. Recently I've been going to buy luxury goods for boo. This was my first time at Celine. I didn't know it was on the approved list until we saw Bree Larson having drinks at Zebulon last week and she was carrying a clutch from Celine. The deals were in the 50 percent/35 percent range with price points ranging from 2k(down from 4) to 500ish, down from 700ish. It's a pretty small shop compared to some of the other high end footprints. There was no annoying line, something I find excreable about the Gucci line here. I try to come on the hottest days of the year, mid afternoon and it was still pretty busy on a recent visit.

This brand is already well renowned for their quality, so this review is mainly about the staff. The staff here is phenomenal. They take great care to explain and describe the meaningful details of these pieces. Some of these pieces may be investment or heirloom pieces, and this staff provides the care that matches or exceeds the price points. Highly recommend for both the wonderful experience and the product.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They treated us like friends. I had some concerns before making my purchase, their staff Eva was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. She was very patient and knowledgeable. I also like the store environment.

I had such a pleasant experience in this Celine location. I was searching for a wallet and I was given many options to look at. We also were kindly offered water and were given a list of things to do in the area/best places to eat. I believe the staff go the extra mile here to make you feel comfortable and were so personable. I will be back just for that next time I want a Celine item!

The store manager Steven and Balia were both fantastically helpful and fun. We were just visiting the outlets by chance, and Steven gave us an incredible rundown of things to do in Palm Desert where we're staying. We stopped in at most of the stores in the outlets, and the staff at Celine was attentive, helpful, and fun in a way that was clearly a cut above the rest.

This boutique at Cabazon is a wonderful store. I’ve had the pleasure of purchasing 3 handbags over the years. Anthony was first to help me, and later Caleb took over after Anthony moved. I can request photos of new inventory and even have items overnighted to me without having to make the drive. Steven, the store manager, is fantastic and his top priority is a happy customer. Honestly, every experience I’ve had here has been positive and I look forward to many more years of shopping :)

I am so lucky that I met Robert about a year ago!Robert immediately made me feel welcome and valued. He was eager to help understand my likes and dislikes and adapted to all of my quirks! For luxury shopping, I am most comfortable with friendly and knowledgeable staff and Robert is just that. He gave me advice on the materials of the bags so I could get the perfect ones. He even knows which celebs carry which bags, that made me oooh and ahhh!I only want to work with Robert because I feel like I’m shopping with my best friend and have never regretted a purchase. I trust his opinion and his suggestions wholeheartedly. He keeps me in the loop for my favorite bags or potential new favorites. I’ve spent thousands at Celine and it’s all thanks to Robert!

Robert is by far one of the best in customer service. He was able to pick out clothes that spoke to our style and made us fall in love with new styles. He secured items for us to be purchased at our appointment. Had the best experience at Celine thanks to our sales associate Robert. He was very attentive & went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing shopping experience. He followed thorough with providing the items we were interested in. He also recommended items that he thought would compliment our style. We will definitely be back to shop at Celine and highly recommend Robert as a sales associate.

Some of the best customer service that I have received, and I have shopped at all levels of boutiques around the country.Special thanks to Robert and Anthony for helping me with some excellent finds, and if any issues arise, they are extremely quick to address them and make sure you are 100% satisfied. Will definitely be stopping here on my trips to Palm Springs!Also, a special perk of shopping at the Celine outlet is that the bags have the same warranty and aftercare services as those purchased from the boutique!

Awful shop!My husband ordered me a bag as a birthday gift, I received it but it was too small even for iPhone. So in 2 days I decided to return it.I phoned Celine and they told that they wouldn't take it back, because 2 two weeks from purchase passed! Awful! The worst shop ever!!!
