Gilbert provided amazing customer service and really went above and beyond. I’ve been searching for this item for a while as a gift and it’s been sold out at all locations and I’ve even checked in different States. I was so impressed and thankful that Gilbert remembered that I had been searching for this item and took the time to reach out. We always have great customer service at the DH location and other locations, but this was truly exceptional customer service! Thank you again, Gilbert!

Nice store but if you buy it and it has hidden damage it’s your problem, not the store’s, if they dont have an exact replacement.
