Bottega Veneta has been one of those aspirational brands that I will always hold near and dear to my heart.I love the leather and how every single one of their exquisitely crafted handbags (and sunglasses) always stand out from the sea of luxury brands and in a good way.To me... Bottega Veneta is more quality driven than even Chanel and Gucci... (and Fendi). Gucci and Fendi have become quite watered down in their branding and have experienced too much of the worldwide knock-off phenomenon. But Bottega Veneta somehow stands out and above the rest in such a classy way.I love Bottega Veneta.

I have spent a lot of money at this store in the past, Came in yesterday with a cup of water in my hand, as soon as I walked in I got barked at by the door man, he said" get out" I was so shocked, started screaming at him that he can tell me to leave my drinks outside but he don't get to tell me to get out. What a guard dog

Went to the outlet store a few days back . Had a drink in my hand and once entered in was rudely told to leave the store . Not even a greeting to the store or gently / kindly told that drink were not allowed in the store . Would have gladly disposed the drink if was told that was the store policies. Instead the sales woman behaved as if I had stolen merchandise or actually damaged any merchandise . From a high end luxury Italian boutique , I would have expected better hospitality and kinder words. Love the company but that experience hard to shake off .

Well. It seems like they didn't want the business. Called multiple times . No single effort to try to find the items. Well! I went with other location this time again! And thet tried their best and bough them all.

Leather items are exceptional. You can find sale items that are a steal by chance. Pricey but worth it. A must visit when visiting the outlet.
