“Great place to store your boat or RV. They have a very secure lot, cheapest monthly rates around, and they park your boat/rv for you so you don't have to worry about somebody damaging your property due to their lack of backing skills.”

“SUPER CONSCIENTIOUS employees and management!!! Recommended by a good friend (who was a self storage resident manager elsewhere in Antioch). My mom was moving so Cary S. recommended Bridgehead, saying that the businesses know each other and know who is more reliable and has an employee there all the time. The place is alarmed; if your unit is opened without the keypad entry, staff comes out right away to check your unit. Mom had 3 units at once (different sizes), then consolidated down to 1 unit. We always dealt with employee Minnie who is friendly, patient, thorough, and efficient; that's what we all want in customer service. Minnie always recognized me and my mom. 7 days a week and the hours are good; a friend in Livermore complained that a place near him wasn't open on Sundays, which made me realize that other businesses can be quite a bit worse. The price was reasonable throughout our 12 years, and we felt at peace, knowing that our items were safe and never had water damage. It served my mom well. I know, 12 years is a long time, but that's what it took for my mom and now we cleared out our storage unit. (Google is giving me an error for uploading photos, but I'll try again later.)”

“No amount of money could make me.aay anything bad about this place.As a Realtor I have been sending my clients here for close to 20 years and have on occasion used their facilities a few times myself.In all these 20 years not once have I ever ever ever had bad customer service or not been helped. From buying boxes to moving storage units due to making a bad decision over which one I wanted to helping my elderly or their families get settled in. No bad service EVER.If you need boxes or packing supplies they have it all and are as happy to sell you one as they are to selling you 100! They even help carry things to your car for you.The units are available to access 365 days a year which is a real bonus when the holidays ro around and I've never not felt safe here. The office does limit their hours of operation but not by much.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM”
“My mother rented a unit from this facility and they were awesome! The unit was huge and reasonably priced, especially for the area. My mother came on hard times and could not continue the rental, when she fell behind the manager here was very accommodating and understanding. We asked a lot of questions and she was so helpful. It makes quite the difference when you can speak to someone local instead of a large corporation of endless answering machines. I would definitely recommend this facility for their pricing and humanity.”
