Buena Vista Motel

The Buena Vista Motel is a roadside motel in an extremely rural area, located on a major highway near the 5. It is in a very small town on the outskirts of town. The rooms are surprisingly really nice for the location and for such a hole in the wall. Rooms have large bathrooms and provide free wifi and smart TVs for streaming apps. However, the bedding can be less than desirable and the floors could use a good vacuuming. Some rooms only provide one towel, with no shampoo, conditioner, or extra towels. The owner is outstanding, very nice, very down to earth, and works hard to accommodate guests. The atmosphere is down to earth. There can be issues with poor staff that don't take pride in their work. The motel has a decent size, well taken care of laundry room on site for visitors and townspeople, but it locks at a certain time which is not posted. Nearby, a recreation center with a gym is half a block away. Any stores or restaurants are just a few blocks away, and there is a convenience store right next door. A taco truck is located in the parking lot for convenient dining. Due to traffic on the major highway, one must be careful with pets and little children. Many find it a must to stay there and one of the best hotels they have ever stayed in.
