So happy we chose to stay here. The rooms and premises were VERY clean. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Would highly recommend for a budget friendly motel :)

Good room, large bed, along major road yet didn't hear much road noise overnight. Toilet was running ? by itself every few minutes. Value was good for the area.

It’s an older motel but it was clean, quiet and in a good location. Check in was easy and the guy who assisted me was nice. The room had a tv, microwave, AC and parking out front. Also was very affordable. Good place to stay if you want to visit Burney Falls or Lassen NP.

We had a very nice stay here. It was a hot day and when we checked in the A/C had already been turned on for us and we really appreciated that! Everything was super clean and we really liked the platform they put the mattress on. We’d enthusiastically recommend The Burney Motel.

Such a great little motel. Staff is wonderful. We stayed for a month or so while in area for work. If we ever venture back that way we'll be back.

5 stars because they're the best at what they're offering. Safe, clean and very helpful and kind. It's a bed and bathroom in a rinky dink town along the route. Everything was good. It's not a Hilton. But, again, they do a great job at what they do. Would stay there again.

Close to all the sights and walking to restaurants couldn't be happier!Rooms: The beds were great, well maintained.Nearby activities: Surrounding area full of natural and unique sites!Safety: Very safeWalkability: We walked every nite to dinner, farmers market and stores!
