This is the perfect location near Burney Falls. The place has lots of new renovations. Heater and hot water work great. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

My only complaint is the cleanliness of the room. There were a couple rings on the nightstand (like from a cup of coffee). I easily wiped them off. Found a used wash cloth hanging from the shower bar. We didn't touch that, of course. I still left a tip, because that's what I do, but maybe they can work on the basic techniques.
