We got stuck in this little town with a broken clutch. These guys were great help! Thanks to the behind the counter sales people. very nice. very helpful. in a world full of b****holes it’s refreshing to have nice service!!! and they gasket i needed was in stock.

I was just there today and they had Bad poor service not going back very bad service and the guy had an attitude they would not honor what was on their webpage. They were trying to tell me it was $10 more and they would not pull it up and look at it.

I give the parts staff a big 5 stars and thumbs up.The sales associates went beyond there duties helping me with all my questions.I can't remember the 1 napa sales associates name but he was friendly and helpful.The female store associates name was Brandy she deserves a gold star for all her help!I look forward on doing all future automotive purchases at the BURNEY CA.
