Brandon Brandon BRANDON. Hands down the best customer service ever. I don’t live in the area and had to send my elderly mom down to get a new phone. He treated her like his own family. Took his time. Helped with silly questions. I can not begin to thank him enough. He didn’t have to be so amazing, but he was!!!!

Love to have great local help! Went in on a Saturday to switch plans to At&t, and Matthew handled it like a pro. 4 lines switched in and out in less than an hour. I am so glad to be part of a company that is local. Thank Mimi and staff for a great experience.
