Terrible experience. Spent 2 hours opening 6 accounts, tiring, but everything was done correctly and easily.THEN, I needed 2 business accounts. I was told I could not use the registered address of the corporation because it was a residence <home office anyone?>, or the registered agents address... but I could use a residential address in another state!!!! Incredible, incredibly BAD.

I live in Millbrae, so I went to the Millbrae branch first, but even though there were no customers, I still waited at least 15 minutes so someone could help me, but it looked like they were short of staff, or I had no idea what was going on there. Finally, get up, and I asked one of the gentlemen can someone help me to open the new account. My profile is in your system, so it will not take long. He asked me if I had an online appointment. If not, he can't help me this week. Then I was so happy that I went to the Burlingame Broadway branch, yes they were busy, but at least I got a welcome smile, and Pervin asked me if I had an appointment, and I said no, sorry, I would be traveling next week so like to have my debit card with me. She said since you have a profile with us, let me find a few minutes between my appointments, and I will help you, but you have to wait 10 mins. I was so impressed by her manners and respectful communication, and of course, I don't mind waiting. She returned in 10 mins and took care of my request in a few minutes. Thank you, Pervin, for your help and your kind help. I definitely will go to this branch instead of Millbrae.

I have been coming to this branch for15 years, but lately this past couple months it’s been a long wait for service. I noticed they closed for 2 weeks and when they re-opened there was new staff and less than before. They have like only 1-2 tellers. Not sure what happened.

The Bank is closed on Saturday and Sunday, only to ATMS are available, 100.00 bills are not given at the ATM, for that need to come in during business hours, friendly customer service staff, landscape is well-maintained, and the inside of the bank as well.

I've been banking with Wells Fargo for over 3 decades, and overall, have been satisfied. However, the Manager of the Tellers, who sits in the Broadway, Burlingame branch, needs a lesson in customer service. I visited this branch recently, to get change, and was told they were out of small denominations. Long story short, the Manager was extremely rude. In a loud, defensive tone, she said, "they didn't stock us with enough." No apologies, no customer-friendly tone, no self-awareness (as she displayed her caustic attitude and loud voice in front of customers and employees), no nothing! With so much bad press that Wells Fargo has received in recent years, you would think they would do a much better job of holding their branch Managers to a higher standard of friendly, customer service. In today's competitive banking environment, poor customer service is not a recipe for success. After all, it's the customer who keep you in business!

Just came here to get a temporary card but unfortunately the teller said need to make an appointment just because pf the covid situation but david wong the manager im guessing he heard about me getting just a temporary card and he just help me right away so i can get a temporary card thank you!!!

The staff here is great. Responsive and always offering me a bottle water when I walk in. I wish all other banks were like these people.

I get cash here sometimes and one of the tellers is one of the most cheerful tellers I've ever met :D Always happy to help with transactions, no matter how tedious it can be.
