Such a great quality bed. I'm so glad I chose to work with this company and have.a custom wallbed built for my guest room. It's completely changed my living space in the best way possible. City living is really space constrained, but this wallbed looks great, works well, is really sturdy, and gives me back precious square footage!

Couldn’t be happier!! My new WallBed was delivered yesterday as promised, on time! And installed professionally, seamlessly! I’m impressed by the quality construction and attention to detail. It’s just try b what I wanted. Ordered the rolling desk to give me a workspace when the bed is not needed. This arrangement transformed my room. Check out my picture!

Burlingame Wallbeds N More from the sales person (Neal) was the best with being knowledgeable about the beds. Neal made it very easy to order and what to expect. The guys that installed my bed was on time very professional and courteous.

Moving into an ADU after living in a fairly sized Victorian home was to say neither a fun idea. The challenge was to be able to have a guest room where my son or friends could come to visit, but also keep my office. Wallbeds "n" More in San Francisco was the answer. I went there with an appointment. I had braced myself for a heavy sales pitch that never came. I met with a great gentleman, Mort Weinstein. He helped me navigate the world of the Murphy beds and was really fabulous. I left with a lot to think about. I gave it a lot of thought and went back a few weeks later, with my decision made to purchase. Mort was wonderful and helped me make my choice. I've had the bed for about seven months and it's one of the best purchases for my home I ever made! It looks great in my office/guest room. I took it for a test sleep myself and it was great. My son and several friends who've visited and slept on it, think the same. I highly recommend buying from Wallbeds "n" More.

The quality of beds is exceptional. I got a white tribeca queen size murphy bed and it was one of the best investments I made while living in a 400sqft studio apt. The beds are heavy since wood if of good quality and not the Ikea kind. Would buy again, just not in a rental though.When I moved and had to sell my bed, I had to get some of the piston parts since they broke. The owner from SF location really helped me out with that.

When I set up my home office years ago, for financial reasons, I opted for a futon bed/couch as a guest bed. Each time I had a guest, I would have to wrangle the futon frame and unwieldy mattress into position. After a few years of frustration, wrenched backs and banged up walls, I decided to nix the futon and have a wall bed installed. The salesperson at Wallbeds "n" More was very friendly and helped me find the best fit for my small room at a reasonable price. I opted for a very simple murphy-style bed which folds up neatly on the wall. Oh how I wished I had done this earlier! The set-up couldn't be any easier and the bed is comfy and quick to make up for incoming visitors. I'm almost begging people to come to stay here because it is so convenient.

I was in need of 2 Wallbeds to be shipped to Hawaii. I got lucky as Wallbeds had 2 of the same style on sale. One dark wood and one lighter wood which matched the decor in each condo I was shipping them to. They arranged to have one bed transferred to another store so that both were in the same location and my shippers picked them up without issue. My renters love the Wallbeds!

I recently purchased the queen "Library bed with 2 piers," and I had a very positive experience with Wallbeds "n" More - Burlingame.I had done my research online ahead of time, but Neal did a great job of helping me quickly build an order and selecting a mattress after seeing it in person. I needed the order expedited because I was having a baby soon and my parents were going to stay with us when baby arrived. Wallbeds "n" More - Burlingame had a generous promotion going on for St. Patrick's day that made me initially select this location over other Bay Area "Wallbeds "n" More locations.Neal went above and beyond in getting updates for me and responding to texts about the status of my order. The installation went smoothly. There was a little ding on one piece of wood from how the factory packaged the piece, and his manager, Kathy, followed up with me and offered multiple ways to resolve it. In the end, my husband decided he liked the little mark because it shows that the piece is made from real wood and not cheap particle board.I received high quality customer service from both Neal and Kathy and would recommend Wallbeds "n" More - Burlingame to friends and family.

After spending over $7,000 here…Cathy continuously ignored us when we asked for directions how to remove this off the wall. There is zero direction anywhere online. BUYERS BEWARE. This product is awful. Bed base warped due to them putting cardboard as a “protector” between matresss and the wood. Cheaply made. Insanely expensive. And incredible challenging to remove. LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Neal at Wallbeds “n” More created a stellar client experience for us. We were unable to come into the showroom - so he sent us photos and FaceTimed with us - allowing us to view our options up close. While we waffled back and forth regarding our choices, Neal exhibited the patience of zen master! He even followed up with emails regarding any special offers that we could apply to our purchase. We especially appreciated his deep knowledge of the products and his mindful manner. Neal helped us work within our budget - without judgment. He gave us accurate information regarding the delivery date and even shared what we could expect to experience during the installation in our home.The installation was successfully completed yesterday by Luis. Luis also extended great care to take off his shoes upon entering our home, include me in the placement of our new wallbed and kept me informed as the process was underway. Afterward, he made certain to answer my questions and showed me the proper way to open, close and safely lock it.We love our wall bed and because of the excellent service and quality product (solid wood construction and great design) - we are putting in another order for our son.Thank you Neal and Luis!

After a great deal of research on Murphy beds we decided to visit the Wallbeds n More Burlingame store. We were impressed by the quality, durability, functionality and style of the beds. The salesperson, Neal, was extremely helpful and pointed out some features that we had overlooked. He also let us know that if we ordered a wallbed we might not get delivery for several months due to demand. We were fine with that and placed the order. The bed was delivered and installed about a month earlier than expected and we love it! It is a beautiful and space-saving addition to the room. We heartily recommend Wallbeds n More (and Neal). You won’t be disappointed.
