I have driven down the same street for many years and did not know there was a Volvo shop there. I passed the place twice trying to find it!Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by Crystal. She was attentive and explained everything to me clearly. She let me know where the waiting room and bathroom were located.In the waiting room there are snacks, beverages and comfortable seating. The mechanic periodically came in to update me on the service of my car. They even changed the batteries of my key fob.Everyone seemed friendly and warm welcoming. I would recommend this service center.

Michael, Aldo and the team did a great job as usual on my vehicle. The best dealership repair facility I have ever used. I have shopped them against the non-dealership shops and they beat the competition on service, price, and support. Two big thumbs up.

The entire process was exceptional. The online service tool is greatly improved. This was a regular service as part of the lease. The team got working on the car when I arrived (slightly ahead of the appointment) and was ready a couple of hours earlier than I had planned. The car being washed was an added bonus. The staff is always courteous and helpful. I drive from the South Bay and the lounge for clients is comfortable, quiet and ha WIFI so I am able to work while I wait. Overall, I am very happy with the service from Putnam Volvo.

I had a great experience with Volvo of Burlingame when I brought my car in to have the cameras recalibrated after a windshield replacement. They were professional and completed the work quickly. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is that the team said they would wash my car but when I picked it up it had not been washed. Don't set an expectation if it will not be met.

Full disclosure, I went with my girlfriend, looking at cars. I wasn't the one buying, but I was there with her when she was going through the process.I was really impressed. No high pressure tactics, just made themselves available and answer any questions we had. The staff was very friendly, and took the time to show us the different features and models to help us make our decision. When the time came to buy, again, the staff was very friendly, and didn't try to push us into anything. A surprisingly great experience overall.

Just brought my 2020 s60 in for service. For the first time ever (this is my third car from this dealership) the service agent/manager told me the "minimum" service package was the lowest I could take when I specifically asked for the "factory maintenance" package that is $400 cheaper. I went ahead as I was expecting to discuss taking the minimum anyway. However, later discussions showed that it is the website teams not updating everything at the same time. The service manager came through after seeing this and made it good for me. I have stayed with this dealership for years because I have always found the service team to be completely honest and upfront in my favor.

Brought my V60CC in for its 80K service. I was able to get my service completed when I wanted and they knocked it out quickly.Crystal helped me and she kept me updated on my vehicle's status. I was in and out of there within a few hours. They even washed and cleaned my vehicle for me. Thank you Volvo Cars Burlingame!

Very pricey - over $1000 for a routine service. Also, I was told that since I was waiting for the car, it would be about two hours. It turned out to be three and one half.
