Terrible service. I had to contact Verizon Corporate HQ to review how I accepted a “Promo” in this store, and passed from a $220/month to a $480 bill. Absurd. They couldn’t ever explain why, so I had to reach out Corporate for clarity. HQ was able to fix the issue and actually make that so called “promo” work appropriately.

We asked an associate three times to support us with understanding why a year warranty didn’t last a year. Instead of speaking to us on the issue they tried to sell us a plan that would cost us hundreds on dollars more as a “deal” when we said we didn’t want it because they hid extra costs from us, the associate Alex said call #611 if you have a problem and walked out on us. The number he said before he walked out isn’t even a real number and his co workers were very confused and shocked at the event. This location owes us a strong apology.

I only come to this store because of Rafael. He has always been so helpful and patient with answering my questions. He's also honest with his opinions. I came here with a broken phone and he helped set me up with a new phone and transferred my data to the new one. Subsequently, I came in with wanting a watch and he was patient with all my questions and called the Verizon line for me so we can clarify some concerns I had. If you ever need a phone or any help with Verizon, you need to go to this store and ask for Rafael.

There are 2 guys. Ibrahim, who helped us a lot, and Rafael, who didn't help us at all. Rafael shouldn't be there. We came all the way from San Francisco to pick up our phones that were confirmed via UPS and Rafael told us that the phones weren't there. We insisted, showed the email and he kept saying the phones were not there. Zero effort to check the system and the back of the store. After minutes of asking, he finally found the phones and said that he doesn't have anything to do with Ibrahimn customers. Yes Rafael, you work at the same store, it is your responsibility. Zero effort!! This guy didn't even pretend he was trying to help. I would fire him if I was the manager.

Slow and absolutely useless service. Waited 45 mins for them to set up a couple's phone accounts. Cannot comprehend how it could take so long. The place where time stops.

Ordered phone online for express pick up. At pick up processed order and they gave someone else's order which was the wrong phone color and size/order. Unfortunately family member picking up didn't notice till already gone. Also this screw up according to Verizon apparently cancelled our trade in. Had to go all the way back 25 min away to get correct phone and then come home deal with Verizon customer service to try to fix. Huge hassle still trying to fix. They were not friendly or very helpful and they were using vulgar language in store.

I went into this store for a 1pm appointment for a new phone. I was not greeted and ignored by the staff for 20 minutes, while 2 people were tending to another customer, and ultimately just left. Later, I placed an order on Verizon's website for in store pick up, and hours later have still not been contacted, despite the customer support representative noting that it would typically take less than 1 hour to fulfill.

Rafael took the time to explain the data transfer process and assisted with choosing an accessory for my new phone. He performed excellent customer service, even though he was the sole worker at the store, for the entire day!
