Staff is efficient and pleasant. When it comes to customer service, it’s far better than its competitors. It’sa busy place and lines can get a little long but that’s not the fault of the staff. When I need to send a package I go here first.

Horrible service. The female clerk (short salt and pepper hair) spent the entire time educating me on what I did wrong versus finishing my transaction. I would've been out of there quickly had it not been for her deciding it was her duty to tell me what to do. Also, she accused me of stealing tape when i had a roll of tape in my car (as I was sending out multiple packages so I was equipped with supplies.) Poor poor service. I'm never coming to this location again.

I drop off packages with prepaid labels at Post Offices all over the Bay Area....this is the ONLY one that refuses to give a receipt. How ridiculous you are. It takes less than 10 seconds to scan and issue a receipt. Especially with their shoddy tracking that may not show the package was received for days after being dropped off....avoid....

People have always seemed kind to me, but twice I’ve shipped packages to family and twice they’ve either gone missing or been torn open and missing pieces. Very very disappointing. I don’t understand why.

I love this post office! The service is fast and the staff are efficient and kind. They'll always help calculate the most cost friendly way to send a package for me.

Horrible customer service. The women working here is incredibly RUDE and refused to give me a receipt for a package to be scanned in there. Don’t go here if you want evidence of shipping something. With how USPS service has been known for losing packages (and I have personally experienced) customers need a receipt! Absolutely rude and unethical. GET BETTER EMPLOYEES & FIRE people who don’t know how to provide good work ethic! Ridiculous.

I never have had or could imagine having such terrible unfriendly service as I did today. I never experienced rude people for no reason like that at a post office.it was also not busy at all I was the only person in line there and for them to be so comfortable to be so rude is beyond me.

Made an appointment to get our passports. My wife and 2 young boys drove an hour because it was the only appointment we could get. We were turned around because we had a photo appointment not a passport appointment.(made this appt from the passport section of usps site)So we show up to this appointment and are told it was for shipping after making it in person for passports. So we rescheduled again making 3 appointments 12:00 12:15 12:30. We have everything in order and show up for our appointment and the person with the 11:45 appt is behind us in line. So we wait and wait and at 12:30 have still not been helped when 2 more people show up with appointments and the teller starts helping them and trying to get us to come back at a different time so we have to show him our Confirmation and prove that we had an appointment we get all Our pictures taken and get to the front and he says I have filled out the wrong form because I have cause I have a passport already So I fill out the new form and turn it all in and pay for it all to be expedited. Then I get my passport back in the mail saying that I need to reapply with the form I originally filled out. And even with the expedation wi have to reschedule our nonrefundable trip because usps can't do there job correctly!
