I did not have a positive experience with Ryan in finance, however. I felt a lot of judgement and belittlement when I opted not to get the maintenance package, and further judgment when I told him I had taken previous vehicles to Big O Tires for service due to financial reasons and not wanting or being able to pay for service at a dealership.”
