Store employees are good, manager is terrible.
Always had great interaction with employees, but manager is grumpy and nickel dimes everything.
I sent a package worth 500, but she did not like putting an extra 1$ tape.
I wish Amazon would start using Fedex, their service is superior.

I walked into a nice, relaxed vibe. I was immediately helped by Lolly. I'm older and not tech savvy. She helped me so I could email the label info to the store. She was absolutely wonderful!
Highly recommend this store.

Went to get my documents notarized and I want to give big shout out to the notary, Rory. He was extremely helpful, quick at providing the service and shared honestly that we don’t need to pay for multiple signatures. He gave us a form covering outlining list of documents and very reasonably charged us for one signature.
Would highly recommend visiting this location for notary.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. In a changing World where we are increasingly dealing with Bots or overseas customer service, not to mention inefficient service, it’s very refreshing to find a locally owned business like this one. I’ve been going to this UPS location for more years than I can remember. The staff have always been friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Whether it be for copying, faxing, printing, fingerprinting, notary services I expect fast, efficient service and have never been disappointed, not even at Christmas, no long lines.

Shruti (UPS Burlingame store manager) is a pleasure, she is committed to customer service and extremely knowledgeable. We had what we thought would be a straightforward notarizing of a document. Shruti went above and beyond to help us sort out the proper documentation, to include speaking on the phone with the requestor. Great to have Shruti and UPS in Burlingame.

I had a very frustrating experience with the staff here. They were extremely patronizing. They tried to charge me $500 to ship a 20 lb package across the country and $200 to pack it. I could ship a whole car for that price. When I told them that the online shipping cost was around $50, Sruthi argued with me that I should not pursue ground shipping. I never requested air shipping but she refused to give me the ground option. Then she told me the UPS store can not match online prices. I left the store with the package I packed myself. I recommend purchasing everything online and interacting with these employees as little as possible.
