My wife and I have had both of our cars (Tesla, Lexus) at UACC several times over the last decade and Larry and his team are true professionals with amazing attention to detail which is rarely found consistently at this level. Always prompt, professional and overall a great team of people. Highly recommended!

It is very rare these days to find a body shop where the owner ( Larry Wu) takes so much pride in the workmanship and customer satisfaction! Larry knew I was particular and looking for quality in the work and price was not my only consideration. Larry assured me he would take very good care of my car and did Larry come through! A work that should have taken only 4 days ended up being about 10 days
Larry literally refuse to release the car until he was 100% satisfied with the results! Larry is that rare bird/breed!
I happen to needed a few " touchup" on one of my Lexus and Larry was referred to me from a few good friends from the Tesla club in the SF Bay Area. Most Tesla shops these days would not take the smaller jobs and refer the work out to other less known shops for the sake of additional profits and less headaches. But I heard only positive review from everyone who worked with Larry with their Tesla on quality and VIP service.
Larry did not disappoint! From start to finish, Larry was very patient with my questions and providing progress along the way. Go see Larry if you love your car! You will not be disappointed!

I am so happy with the service and repair Larry did for my car!! Reached out to Larry and told him about my car situation. I needed some trim replacements and paint repair, plus alignment issue done on my MYP. He was very knowledgeable on Tesla cars and explained to me exactly what he will be doing. The result was so AMAZING, it's like picking up a brand new car. Larry kept me updated throughout the whole process, even pictures! I know how busy auto shops are so I really appreciate him doing so! He told me he will also wash my car before pick up and I'm just blown away as I wasn't expecting that. Everything was perfectly aligned and nicely done! My husband said "it's perfect" 3 times when we went for pickup This auto shop is also easy to get to as it's just off freeway. Nice and safe area. Saw lots of Teslas outside/in the shop and I knew we were in good hands! Larry shows what professional work and true customer service really is. Extremely nice guy to talk to. Highly recommend!! I stopped by to get a quick estimate for repair to fix some minor scuffing damage to my EV and was blown away by the excellent care I received by the personnel. The gentleman I spoke with assessed the damages and within less than a half hour, was able to remove most of the visible damage which saved me from costly repairs. I am so eternally grateful for their generosity and professionalism and would highly recommend!

Incredible service here at UACC. After an unfortunate hit/run incident I needed to get my trunk replaced + bumper repaired on my Tesla - and UACC did not disappoint. Larry and his team are very conscientious. Tesla referred United Auto Collision to me. Tesla said Larry is knowledge about the alteration of cars so he could help me. Best referral. Indeed, Larry responded quickly and dealt with the repair efficiently. He normally doesn't remove skid plate on my newly bought Tesla. In addition, the rear side and rear windows were tinted in a dark film which made driving dangerous at night. He was able to remove it. The car was restored to original condition.I appreciate he made the way out to help me. The skid plate was so low that the bottom of the car constantly making sound, hitting on the ground and on freeway when the bottom is too low to the ground. It was stressful and dangerous to drive at night. I wouldn't know who could help me with so many issues. Glad I found United Auto Collision. Highly recommended.

Gabriel and Larry were great to work with! I unfortunately had a collision and brought it to Tesla first thing in the morning. Tesla referred me to 2 places and drove over to UACC where I met Gabriel. I explained my situation to Gabriel and gave him all the details with what happened. A few moments later I get a text from Larry who was on vacation and was very thorough with the whole process of repairs, ordering parts, dealing with insurance, etc. I was impressed with how thorough Larry was and that he was even communicating with me while he was on vacation. I intuition told me that my Tesla Model 3 would be taken good care of with Larry and Gabriel. Larry was always in communication with me on any updates and even completed the repairs earlier than expected as I was hoping to use it on my first road trip. I was super happy and those guys did not disappoint. I would definitely recommend sending your car with UACC because they were honest, focused on quality and kept in communication with any updates. Larry and Gabriel were great and put some relief on the stress of dealing with a fender bender. Got my car back a little over a week now and it drives and performs like it did when I accepted delivery. I'm so grateful for these guys :-)

God I f****** love Larry. I've gone to him twice now for accident repair for my Tesla and he is the only person I will trust with my car until either me, him, or my car no longer breathes in this world. I posted on a Tesla facebook group asking if anyone knew of a good mechanic nearby, and Larry himself reached out to me. I was really cautious, I knew I wanted someone who took care of cars like it was an artistic craft, and each repair was going to be a masterpiece. After all, my car is one of the few things I still care about in this world. Larry called me late at night to explain how things work and prove his better-than-Tesla expertise with Tesla parts. He and his crew literally redefines my expectations of customer service. He has pulled so many strings to get my car fixed in a timely manner, does things immediately like you are a VIP, fixes extra things on your car that you hadn't asked about, and one time he even drove me to the airport as I dropped my car off before vacation. I live fairly close by, but I was beyond impressed; the first time he's picked me up nearby to get the car, and the second time he even delivered my car to my home. Each time my car has come out beautiful, amazing, and fully detailed inside and outside. Awesome and clear communication. You can stop reading reviews on Yelp you because you've literally found the right shop, it's this one.
