Absolutely amazing customer service and selection!
I took a watch in today to get resized. It’s a Breitling Navitimer with a notoriously difficult bracelet to adjust. I had taken it to a jeweler in San Francisco, Elite Fine Jewelry, who took 5 days to adjust my watch. And didn’t do it correctly. They said the half links could not be removed. Leaving me with a slightly too large watch.
I was in Burlingame and decided to see if Topper could assist. When I walked into the stor I was warming greeted, offered a beverage, and introduced to an associate (I’m terrible with names and can’t remember hers) who could assist me. We confirmed that I needed a half link removed which the associate said would not be a problem. 5-10 minutes later the watch was back on my wrist with the half link removed!
Topper earned a future customer in me when I’m ready to make my next purchase. If you’re in the market for a new watch, I can not recommend them enough!
