Found a great leather wallet here. The staff are super helpful, patient and kind. Interesting selection of writing instruments, paper, paints, and brushes as well. Anyone who lives fine, quality and well-made products would love it.

This place is a papyrophiliac's dream (that is, someone obsessed with paper and stationery)! They are owned by Itoya, one of the premier stationery empires in Japan, so many of their products are made in and imported from Japan, thereby accounting for the high prices. But it is worth what you get in high-quality paper and writing goods. They have a range of items, from covetable fountain pens ranging from $17-$65+, cute notebooks with Japan-inspired designs, photo albums, Polaroid cameras, film, greeting cards, and randomly, house slippers?! They feel luxe and comfy though. I learned that their cameras and film are made from refurbished materials so that is a bonus!Customer service is always great and they are willing to help if you are looking for something specific like I was: a lead sharpener for my ohto pencil. They didn't have it, but the employee called a manager to inquire for me when he wasn't able to find it. I am annoyed there is a 1-star review bringing down the average so I wanted to bring in my two cents, which is thoroughly positive!

I was so excited to driver 30 minutes to come to the store today a totally different experience than before. I've spent a considerable amount of money in this store and own most of the products but I was shadowed and treated with absolute condescension. when I asked for pen refills it might have clicked I was an existing customer, but no...the other person was worse, she said to try the pens so when I reached for a pen she said oh not that one.. i know how things work in the store and I expect them to go from demo and pull from stock. But this is next level customer micro management. Couldn't wait to get out of the toxic store. I don't know what happened to the nice owner, but I won't come back back to this store.

This is a nice stationery and home goods store. If you love fancy pens, pencils, and notebooks this place would be heaven for you! The items here felt very high quality! I don't really use a lot of the fancy stationery otherwise I would have bought everything here! They also have a lot of cute canvas bags and wallets from Kobo. I also saw some comfy house slippers on the wall.

As an employee of this store, I wanted to step on here and give my take on this establishment. I've been here for about 6 months and the standards for cleanliness and aesthetics are amazing, the company really cares about how the products are presented to the customers. As a new store in this area, learning about the needs and wants of the customers in this community is enriching. There are great products here if you like to water color or if you're like me and enjoy really fancy Japanese paper products!! Definitely worth it to check out, our team loves to help!

The US sizing is depicted incorrectly, product arrived too small. I called customer service and they want me to pay for the return, even though the error is on their part. This has now been “escalated to his team for consideration”, let’s see how that goes. Thus far, I would NOT recommend purchasing from this company.
