“I just dropped some things off at the Burlingame Good Will. I am so grateful to be able to donate some things and have them go to good use. The people there are so helpful and doing such a good job. They help both us the donators and those who purchase our donations. They often help me get things from the car, help sort them and are really knowledgeable about where to put things. Kudos to all the helpers at Burlingame Goodwill. Thank you for everything you do.”
“Love this little thrift store. Great items, clean, well organized and the sweetest volunteers and staff. I’ve found some great deals. Limited hours but worth the visit.”
“I was blown away by both the quality and prices at this little shop. It maybe be small but it is also mighty! Racks are full but still have enough wiggle room to easily view items and you'll want to look at everything. My only regret was not buying more. Owner/cashier was also really sweet. I'm from a small town in southern Oregon and our thrift stores are 2x as expensive. I'll be back here next time I'm in town!
One month latair...
Stopped in town for the night on my way south excited to come shop again but she's closed until 2pm?! I'm big sad ?”

“Places like this are hard to come by: family-owned, lots of vintage and other secondhand gems, and great prices. You will find something unique here. I was also really happy with the size range - I found lots of great trousers and suits in sizes 12-20. Lovely, friendly staff as well.”

“Savers is the best!! Take your time and find your treasures. This place doesn't disappoint, especially from neighbors who donate from Menlo Park, Atherton, RWC & San Carlos, etc.. They have just about everything. The store is clean and staff helpful! Need a quick costume, internet cords, books, decor, jacket, dress, glass lid for your crockpot, or dog leash or a fish bowl. Yep! they got that, too!”
“Plenty of stuff to look at and sift through. I just wish that they would get a newer display for their jewelry/watches section, as it is very difficult to look at them through the heavily scratched glass.”
“SUMMARY: Solid 4/5 I love the convenience of this little thrift shop along Grand Avenue. Starbucks and all the food places are along Grand, so whenever I'm planning on getting a coffee or lunch in the area I always feel compelled to stop by and skim the racks. I've found a variety of gems all for very reasonable prices (all under $10, with most of my purchases being $5): Topshop cozy sweater, leather heels and loafers, Express slacks, Joe jeans, and more. TIP: while they have a lovely shop and collection on the street level, don't forget to make your way to their basement level for even better deals.”
“Super easy place to donate! They have a specific window for donations making it very straight forward. They accepted a bag of clothes and a box of shoes that I brought. The woman helping me was also very nice :)”
“First time bringing items to Plato’s. It’s really easy, they do ask for an ID not sure why. But basically you drop off your clothes and if it’s a lot they will send you a text message once ready. They only picked 1 basket out of 5 bags that I took but I got a good amount of cash back. Will def do it again. The employees are super nice and helpful.”
“A bit clustered in the store. Somewhat challenging to organize. Good name brand quality pants and shirts at great prices. Told that Tuesday discount day for seniors. Not sure of color tag day discounts. Street parking and lot parking I think by Walgreens. Staff is friendly and customer oriented.”
“cute little place, quick service. Their target audience is teenagers and young adults. Primary vibe is beachy, which makes sense bc of the location.
If you bring your stuff to sell they prefer to go through your items without you there, which is the complete opposite of Height St 2nd hand stores, which I though was a bit weird.
The staff were nice enough but not the most polite. It is a second hand store afterall, not a luxury brand, so adjust your expectations accordingly. Overall, I think it's a unique little place, and certainly the only one in Pacifica, so I'll be coming back.”
“Great selection, I always discover great finds but they need to open the dressing rooms, they’ve been closed since Covid and it’s so frustrating I can never try anything on. Please address this!!”
“The Goodwill Outlets are always a bargain hunter's dream! Since they charge by the pound, even if you only find one or two things, its always worthwhile. Visted on a Thursday and it was surprisinly quiet! I usually go to the one in Oakland which is much busier.Only 4 stars because, even though they clearly have a huge amount of inventory, they don't rotate the bins very often. I don't know why they don't rotate once an hour or so, instead of dragging it out for over 2 hours! Maybe it was short staffed today?Parking was easier than expected! It's street parking for 2 hours but it was quite easy to move the car to the other side of the street. And yeah, definitely bring your own bags!”
“I cannot say enough nice things about the new store manager Nicole. I was there earlier this morning, and found my mothers place settings of China, ask if she had any more in the back, she was kind enough to look, and I was able to surprise my mother with 6 More New Pl. settings to her China. Denise is absolutely awesome. Highly recommend this thrift store.”
“This is the most organized, clean, find yourself a hidden gem Goodwill, that I been to since the close of the San Francisco Bay Street Location in 2018..
and that was there Corporate West Coast Office Building...”
“WOW............ If you're in the neighborhood stop by. Great spot to buy second hand goods. If you have animals or you know anyone who does this place sells crates, cages, toys, feeders and more.”
