This studio provided a variety of class, from body sculpting to yoga medication!I had my first bar class with Shelley. I didn’t know what to expect , but Shelley rocked it. Her class is phenomenal! She always stages the postures and applies micro adjustment for us. I also brought my family who had no yoga experience for the Yoga Nidra with Analea. After that we slept great that night and felt fully recharged the next morning. I will definitely come back again!

I have been a regular at this studio. Shelly, Ava, Jenn K and team are fantastic!The vibe at this studio is very good, it gives you a sense of community working towards a common goal. Shelly is always experimenting with new postures. There are different versions of the class suited to all needs : cardio, movement, strengthening and mind-body connection.They have some great promotions on for the month of June/July, must checkout!

I have tried countless barre, yoga and strength-training focused classes throughout the Peninsula and Shelley's studio is above and beyond the best! The instructors are knowledgeable, attentive, and motivating. The classes are a great mix of barre, pilates and other core-focused exercises. They offer a mix of class lengths and emphases. I especially appreciate the focus on form and posture to help you get the most out of an exercise. The instructors are also very responsive to modification needs. Check them out!

Best total body conditioning, stretching, work-out ever! Instructors Shelly and May are superb. They will work you so hard you will be sore for days.

The Dailey Method in Burlingame is a wonderful studio! The instructors are top notch, the facility is super clean, and it has that special community feeling. :-) Everyone is really welcoming and kind, creating a great vibe for existing and new clients, Dailey Method members and ClassPassers alike! I have known Shelley for several years, and the studio is in such amazing hands. She is always looking for new ways to improve. For example, they very recently installed brand-new cork flooring that is clean, sleek, and an awesome upgrade. All of the props are well-maintained or new and complement the class routines perfectly. I have taken barre, Pilates, yoga, and a variety of other studio classes over the years. The Dailey Method is a wonderful combination of several disciplines, and often includes an infusion of cardio too! I thoroughly enjoy the variety of the classes too - some are more barre-focused and others center on heart-pounding cardio and/or strengthening/toning work. There is something for everyone and great variety to get a well-rounded, comprehensive workout by coming in 3-4 times a week. There is plenty of street parking right next to the studio - such a great way to ease into class instead of fighting for parking. I just love coming to The Dailey Method in Burlingame! I am always smiling and feeling super energized when I leave a class here. I can't recommend TDM in Burlingame highly enough!

The Dailey Method was the first Barre studio I'd ever been back in January 2018 and I've been a fan of Barre work out ever since. The facility is nice and clean. They offer different classes to suit your preferences. My favorite class here is Dailey Express (45 min Barre). The Dailey Interval class can be a bit too fast, but you can always work at your own pace.

The instructor, Shelley, was amazing. She helped me with my body position, posture and understanding my core; something I see lacking in traditional weightlifting. The music and cadence were in sync with instruction and motivation.

I love this place; the teachers are excellent, the students are all friendly and the studio is beautiful. Since I started a few weeks ago, I can already see my body changing. I feel stronger and leaner.

Great barre studio! Much more zen and nurturing than some other studios. The instructors care about your concerns (e.g., injuries, pregnancy, etc.) and check on you and make adjustments. Happy to come here

I've gone to other barre classes but I find the instructors in TDM-Burlingame helpful and gentle. They assist with variations especially if you're new and they continue to assist and readjust even if you're a regular. They also offer a variety of classes all day long, which is great for busy women!
