Took in my head phones and they said come back tomorrow, came in to pick them up and they weren't fixed at all. Brought them back and they said the battery was replaced and after telling them maybe it's not the battery since it's having the exact same problem they gave me a condescending attitude about it and basically tried to make me feel stupid. They kept them another day and then explained it's the same problem that they said they fixed the first time so I said I'll just take them back. Came to get them and they fell apart and he said whoever put the battery in did it, which THEY SAID THEY REPLACED THE BATTERY. Run around, bad customer service and very rude. Never again

No matter what I do to my electronics, Hector can fix it. He has worked on my phone, my laptop, my vacuum cleaner!! He is so good and so pleasant. His work is amazing. I can't urge your strongly enough to go see him!

I wanted to write about this specific shop on Burlingame Ave. These guys are awesome. I've been coming here for all of my tech/IT needs for about a year now and they have always treated me well and have been very fair with their pricing and services. In fact just recently, I needed an extra computer and they worked within my budget and gave me WAY more than we agreed on. I needed a used phone but they did not have any more in stock. Instead of just sending me on my way, the staff gave some insight on where to find phones inexpensively as well as which phones to look for in a certain price range. Sure enough, when I got home and checked and found the phone I was looking for online, I knew how much I needed to pay. So Techloop really goes above and beyond for their customers in my experience and I think thats super important in today's fast-paced commerce. Im so happy with their services and their professional courtesy Im writing this 5 star review to send thanks and let them know that I will be back again. Thank you TechLoop for keeping me digitally safe and secure.

Great experience! My surface book had a swollen battery issue for which Microsoft can't help. I called these guys up and they gave me a decent quote and I dropped my laptop off, and I was able to pick it up the next day with a new battery. Quality work, they opened and closed the magnesium body surface book properly. Now it works as good as on day 1. Thanks!

We went for screen replacementon ,The guy ask us to leave phone at the shop, so he can check for a new screen prices.After never getting back to us as promised, we went and got our phone back, took it to Apple store for screen replacement and they said it has been recently open and its missing screws. Not happy with that. That was the first time taking the iPhone to repair since new, Not recommended.

Jimmy helped resurrect my iMac unlike Apple store's "genius"es who either didn't seem knowledgeable enough to fix the hard drive or didn't bother unless you buy them extra insurance in case they mess up. Thanks!

I read the reviews prior to calling and dropping off my external hard drives for recovery, and so I was hopeful that they could help me. However, my discs basically sat for three weeks and nothing was done to recover my discs except to open one of the cases and their telling me that they are working on it every time I had to physically go to the store to check on the status because no one calls me, answers the phone or returns my calls for an update.They might be able to do certain things but data recovery from an external drive that's not working properly is not one of them. I would recommend $300 Disc Recovery

Here was my experience:My computer was at the shop for over 30 days. I received no updates. No responses to texts (which fine, maybe that's a rule of theirs.) But my phone calls weren't returned either. Even after I spoke with him on the phone and he said he would call me back, he did not. I Picked up my computer in the same condition it was left in. I'm really trying to find a reason to give more than one stars. I guess 2-stars because he's nice? I'm sure he does good work, but How am I supposed to give a business a good review, when for 30 days nothing was done, and there was no communication.
