Long wait time for checkout. Don’t know why only 1 staff in checkout counter during peak sales event.
No restroom for customer as well.

Came here for a skin colorID scan. I was assisted with a beauty associate whom I couldn’t catch the name, but she was very sweet. After finished scanning, she recommended me some skincare products that were suitable to my inquiries and concerns. After that, she noticed how bad and stiff my hair was, so she recommended me 2 hair products to help me out. Thank you, I will try them!

Alla is rude. There was a line at the register and she came to grab the the person in front of me in line and myself to check out at the front. I said "what if the person up here is done first since she was midway through her checkout. I'll wait here" alla rolls her eyes and says "she's going to take the person after you to the front too" So, I proceed to listen and follow her. Of course, like I suspected would happen, the person behind me was helped before I was and the person in front of me took forever to check out. I pointed it out to alla and she rolled her eyes and said "maam everyone is getting helped." I said "then what's the point of the line" she said "whatever". I asked for her name. She said "actually I'm going to have the manager check you out" just so I can wait longer as she took her sweet time to walk to the back to spite me. Manager was friendly and gave me samples, but i have experienced one too many rude employees with bad attitudes at this location to not leave a review at this point. Multiple bad employees is a direct reflection of leadership and management at this location.

They gave me a very unpleasant time but it was my daughter's 15th birthday, I didn't have enough time and I didn't have enough time. Alas Sita. They ruin the whole 15th party but God is good and there is someone who will make her up with The same product is very good

I love Sephora in Burlingame! Cassandra is a fabulous makeup artist! She gave me a 75 minute beauty lesson and I felt like a million bucks. She is truly an artist and also took her time to explain all sorts of tips for me to use on my own. I absolutely loved her work as she listened to my preferences, but also gave expert suggestions. I can recommend Cassandra highly with no reservations. Book with her! You will love it!

No one greeted me upon entry. I wanted to return a product and the woman who was at the register was not warm or friendly ...she told me about what she CANNOT DO... asked me when I purchased it and I said within 560 days I thought. I was incorrect it was almost 4 months ago. I was surprised (time flies and I go to Sephora often and had not opened this product until recently.) She was then dismissive...so empathy so "I am so sorry but this is not returnable for exchange...I then handed it to her to throw away and she said she couldn't throw it away inside the store. I asked why not...she spoke so quickly I didn't follow...I asked "are you saying someone would go through the garbage and find it and conclude it was from this store? "Yes we check the garbage. I had planned o spending a few hundred dollars on some products today; instead I left and threw the product in a garbage can inside the store. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Worst customer service at a Sephora ever I prefer Sephora at Stanford Shopping Center or Hamilton Avenue Palo Alto, and Live Sephora Los Gatos.

I'm so disappointed with the people who works here! literally thought that me and my friends were stealing, called on some police and the workers followed us through the store and dirty looks all over! Shout out Isabella for checking us out next to the police like we were going to be intimidated to fill your dreams that we did anything LOL. And to that one girl who disrespected me while I was checking the product that I was going to BUY. also found this in my friends sephora bag!! the products we got never had this before we handed it to isabela, beware of sephora workers in this location! They plant stuff to make you look bad. :)

So disappointed. Asked for help multiple times. Sales associates were unfamiliar and unable to give guidance on products. Stock was picked over and many items were unavailable.
