Exquisite collection of top tier Italian tailoring. David is a lovely sales gentlemen who joyfully dressed me in various samples around the store taking a lot of time with no pressure. Excellent unique store of items you probably can't find anywhere else in the peninsula.

I have to say I was absolutely blown away The selection of clothing the way it's curated The people that work there I mean the desire is in every inch of that store. Sam and Gloria Malouf have amazing taste and they make you feel like family. Shopping at Sam Malouf is an experience you will never forget!!!!! It's a must visit for sure!!!

I'm a part of the lqbtqia+ so I found This joke highly offensive. Although it's a joke, the joke is being made at mine and my communities expense. When I went inside, the owner Sam Malouf immediately began his conversation with me with no respect or consideration for what I was trying to say. I kindly let him know that I find this sign offensive and I feel as though it's not really a joke, frankly it's slandering the legitimacy of the lgbtq community. His response: "sorry you don't have a sense of humor, I have lots of gay friends so i doesn't find it offensive and will not be taking the sign down." I'm sorry but that is like saying I'm not racists because I have black friends. His demeanor began to get more intense as he walked me outside and immediately got in my face the second I stepped out the door. He yelled "this is America and he has freedom of speech and he can do what ever he wants with his business. His store is successful, and no one else has a problem with sign so it's not his problem." He continued to yell 3 inches away from my face (with no mask) telling me how funny I am to think I have any right to share my opinion. His wife then came outside and had to pull him away from me because he wanted to continue the altercation. I stepped back and he stepped forward it was actually terrified I'm only 20 years old and this man is old and mean and honestly I didn't know how he t was going to play out. Thankfully his wife grabbed him and pulled him away but I wanted to share my experience to let Others know how Sam Malouf the owner of this business treats people.

Walked in there to buy shoes on a Saturday afternoon. Two staff members seemed busy (not with other customers, there was no one else there) and didn’t really care to assist. Then one of the gentlemen said hey, i said hey how are you? He says “good”, quickly looked at me weirdly (almost looking me up and down, judgementally) and then just proceeded to continue doing whatever he was doing. Didnt even bother. Didnt’ say another word to me. So i walked right out. I guess i didnt “look” like i can afford to shop there to him and therefore worthy of his attention.

Why travel to Europe to shop while Sam Malouf boutique offers all the Euroapean high end clothing and shoes, I love my Jacob Cohen jeans , Italian shoes and my designers jackets.Sam and Gloria are wonderful.

Easily the best luxury clothing store on the peninsula, carry some of the best handmade and high-end brands you can find. Especially good selection of Jacob Cohen jeans .. absolutely the finest service as well. Sam and his staff are the best.

I would give zero if I could. Went in with a friend to find something nice to wear for a wedding in the family. I was very excited to try on this dress. The female employee who worked there told me that the dress was $1,295 and paused to wait for my reaction/ to change my mind about trying it on. Very rude and demeaning. She made assumptions about whether or not I could afford it and was extremely disrespectful throughout my visit. I left after trying on the dress, loved it, and bought it from a different store online.

Beautiful shop with great selection of premium brands for men and women. But this is not a Five Star review for a couple of reasons. One is their pricing policy appears to not be beholden to the manufacturers' suggested retail price, meaning they charge more than the manufacturer stipulates. I was told this is because it is "expensive doing business in Burlingame". Whatever. You would have to call them out on it and then they do you the kind "favor" of correcting the price. The second reason for a less than stellar review is that one sales associate I had the bad luck to deal with is not friendly at all! Extremely pushy and somewhat arrogant. Both issues really detract from what should be a fabulous shopping experience.

Above and beyond pleased by the service offered here! Jason was absolutely outstanding in helping us source someone to fix my husbands cashmere coat that he tore and had a moth bite. He was communicative, took care of everything for us and truly went above and beyond! The coat came back better than expected and we are thrilled! This is a store that works hard to provide concierge service to its clients and their dedication truly shows! Thank you Jason for your help!
